The information is already somewhere during booking, but it will be helpful if it is clearly highlighted once the booking is made.

I've used Carrentals a number of times for car hire in the UK and abroad and always got a very good deal. The website is easy to use and the filter options in the search facility are really useful to help find the type of car I need. I particularly like the "worry free" option for the level of insurance cover. I'll certainly be using Carrentals again in the future.

I have used carrentals.co.uk for many years for all my car rentals around the world, and have consistently had a good experience with reliable, trustworthy rentals. I use Carrentals.co.uk most commonly as a foreigner renting cars in the USA because it provides inexpensive options for all-inclusive insurance cover and options for additional services (e.g. one-way surcharge), so I have never been stung with any surprises or extra fees by the notorious car rental companies. They make the booking process with car rental companies easy and painless (which is a real achievement given how terrible and outdated these car rental companies can be to deal with directly!).
Good price, no hidden costs
Good, friendly and efficient staff at the pick up desk. Pick up was quick with minimum fuss - and debit cards accepted. Car was ready and very clean and previous damages were marked clearly. Deposit monies were released quickly.
Summary email provided by carrentals said one credit card of main driver was needed. When arriving at the Car Rental they said they needed two credit cards from main driver. Having only one credit card, they charged 183 euros and downgraded the car. I contacted carrentals.co.uk, shockijg customer service didn't want to know. Carrentals are fine when thing go well, if they don't, they will hang you out to dry

I called up to cancel my reservation many days before I travelled, yet the company told me they could still hold onto my deposit for up to 30 days. There is no valid or practical reason for this and it totally favours the car hire company and not the customer. It's simply unacceptable that customers should have to wait this long for their deposit to be returned. I'm so fed up with companies like this being allowed to carry out these kinds of dodgy practices and profiteering every which way they can!
