Your on line service is great

Your on line service is great. However, I mailed my payment on 4/1/19 and my check has not posted. I had to place a stop payment and pay a late fee. Maybe in the future you can send a reminder so I could have saved this money

Fees are excessive! Still cost efficient when you take into account how long you will have to stand in line not to mention how rudely you are typically treated at a DMV office.

One star because of all the extra fees

One star because of the service and convenience fee. It's kind of ridiculous but I just paid it because I don't have time to sit in the DMV at the moment and am going on vacation soon. I don't remember the fees being so high last year....also the shipping choices/prices are crazy. There's no reason for the fees to be so high.
