It charges additional for something you do for free online Your government services end in '.gov'. Commercial services sell for a profit and end in '.com'. How does this happen? Large institutions can lose user account information. Then deceitful companies like carregistration.com collect your info and contact you and impersonate the original institution. My senior mother got emailed from this company. The instructions said to pay car registration plus additional fees. But she hasn't owned the car for 3 years.
