Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Ordered roof bars late ( 7pm)14th April, delivered 10am 22nd April. And that following long bank holiday Easter weekend. Well packaged and goods as described. Noted the negative reviews on Trust pilot, but that certainly wasn't my experience.

I placed an order for a bike rack with Carracks.co.uk priority 1-2 day delivery. I realised I’d ordered the wrong one so immediately tried to contact them (within 3 min) to cancel. The phone number is fake, they did not reply to my emails until PayPal got involved - on the day of their deadline, along with a text to say it was out for delivery! The email from MicksGarage said I could return it upon delivery for a refund. What a waste of time! Had they just followed my instruction to cancel the order in the first place which they had plenty of time to do (but they don’t check their emails regularly) it would have saved a lot of hassle on both sides. Thankfully no one was home to accept the order when it arrived 2 weeks later, no card was left so I had to call Parcelforce to make sure it was returned to sender. I then got a refund. Had I not used PayPal I suspect it would be a different story. It’s no way to operate a business. I’d recommend anyone to avoid and use The Roof Box company who have been amazing, I ordered my roof bars and box from them and the items have arrived hassle free, on time and have replied to any queries promptly.

I did read a lot of bad reviews for this company reason why I decided to leave a review. I can’t say nothing bad about them, I received my purchase on time and nothing wrong with it. I probably missed a notification when parcel been shipped with a tracking number.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered roof racks for my car, arrived but with missing parts. Tried to contact numerous times with no response. The number on website is invalid and have no other way of contacting them. Like all the other reviews - AVOID!!

I recently ordered a set of Roof Racks from Carracks.co.uk. Paid in full and for next day delivery. I have not received the item in almost 2 weeks. There has been no delivery confirmation/tracking or other contact since the order date. I have had NO response from the company following multiple emails or in response to their online contact request form. The number on their website says it’s incorrect when called. Having now done some further research, they do not exist on Companies House and there are many similar reviews. They are an absolute scam! Had I seen the other reviews before ordering I would not have done so and urge you if reading this to do the same - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
