Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Avoid. No goods received after 10 days for next day delivery. Fake emails / not answering phone / not replying to messages. I have been in touch with Barclaycard for a chargeback. Spent money at carracks.co.uk; micksgarage, rotherham appeared on my credit card statement the day of the order. The fake customer help email address for micksgarage had an ie suffix suggested an irish connection.

Placed an order, foolishly I didn't check trust pilot. Seems to have been had like every other review on here. No reply to email and phone number doesn't work, I have requested PayPal to investigate as that's how I paid. Car racks doesn't really exist, it's Mick's garage and seems to be in Ireland. UPDATE having some investigation via PayPal the seller has a third company name: CREAN SOLUTIONS

Paid for order thankfully via PayPal. No communication, phone number doesn’t work, no response to emails. No product delivered. Absolutely atrocious that a company like this is still operating. On some digging carracks is micks garage is something else is something else and they’re also fighting a fraud case with hmrc and companies house.

Yet another 1 star for your company. How dare you take not only our money for the product which has simply not shown up, but further to this the funds for express delivery. We now have to wait 2 days to dispute this payment with our bank, but rest assured we will get every penny back!

Ok the title says it all. Ordered standard delivery 9/5/25 delivered 21/5/25. Opened and all seems to be there. First notification something was happening was a text from parcelforce that it was out for delivery. Emailed prior to this but no reply. Items ship from Dublin so expect a delay, what with brexit and everything. Communication could be considerably better but it got here. Don’t buy if you need quick delivery, if you have time it’s all good.

I ordered a set of roof bars for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, quite used to lack of options for the car, not here. I chose a Norbar set for use with solid roof rails, the descriptions on the website are great to help make sure you choose the right product. Product arrived in 6 working days on Standard delivery, happy with that. The product was good, well priced and easy to assemble and fit, I hadn't thought about the front and rear bars being different lengths due to the roof design, these guys have great product knowledge and supplied the bars as required. All in, a good experience, the only thing missing for me was the communication that the order was on its way, had a message from Parcelforce about an hour before it was delivered, I was at work so no option other than collect from my local Post Office the following day, far from a nightmare but avoidable with a little comms set up. Thank you guys, I would buy from you again.

I wanted to get a good quality bike rack for my partners birthday. After scanning all the usual places, I found Car racks and they seemed to have a great range. After ordering, I did get a little nervous as the delivery date showed 3 months away and answers to enquiries were a little slow. However, when I got the bike rack it was superb quality. I haven't seen anything as good as this in the UK - so overall I am happy.
