Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Goods finally arrived two weeks after ordering.i seriously thought i had been scammed .The communication and delivery info with this company and some organisation called MickGarage was limited . Goods arrived from somewhere in the EU possibly Ireland . An unusual expierance

Ordered some roof bars for a camping trip 11 days before needing it. Website offered either next day or 3-4 day delivery. I went for the later seeing as I had time, however, it was over a week before I received it, leading to a panic it wasn't going to be with me for the trip. I emailed through the website to chase it and got no reply. Checked out the reviews and saw they are terrible at responding and thought 'here we go' it's a sham company. Finally, it arrived and the product was exactly as advertised and I'm pleased with it. Summary: the stuff they sell is good and competitively priced, however, their service level as a company is awful/non existent. Only use them you're not in a rush for the items.

I had a missing part in my delivery. Emailed and completed their online forms. Received NO response. Telephone number on website doesn't work. Now have read all the terrible reviews of people experiencing similar DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great budget roof bars. Didn't get a confirmation on delivery date but emailed and got update from seller very quickly. They seem to be being shipped from overseas but arrived quite quickly all the same. I'd buy from them again no problem

Ordered car roof rails on the 1st of June. Paid for express delivery. Still haven't got them on the 12th June. Have emailed but no response and the phone number doesn't work! Wish I had read through the reviews! I would not buy anything from this company again! I hope they turn up but I need them by the 20th so I will probably have to buy some more! Shocking company!!

Absolutely delighted with th roof bars I purchased. They were dispatched on time and arrived by the date quoted. I think the roof bars offer exceptional value for money and are easy to fit and use. Rack arrived a week later than expected. I payed for 1-2day delivery hoping to fit before the weekend. Waste of money! The rack is fine but box was opened and damaged on arrival. Wouldn’t recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Took my money straight away,waited 2 weeks…no delivery…sent several emails but none answered..tried phoning but again not answered.I had to claim my money back in the end.Terrible company, zero customer service.

The rack did arrive thankfully although it did take way longer than I thought it should. The item I received was exactly what I ordered so all was well in the end. If you have to communicate with this company for any reason forget it, they have an email address but they either never look at it or just don’t feel they need to communicate with consumers… be patient it will arrive eventually.. thanks L McA

So after ordering and then seeing theses reviews I put a post in the tent box community fb group that Tentbox them selves monitor as they recommended carracks to me and there reply is that carracks website is down for maintenance atm so I have sent them an email back asking how they can take orders if there website is down they need to get this sorted asap
