Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Terrible customer service! Ordered an item on 28/9 at 10pm and 20 mins later realised it was the wrong item so I emailed them as per there contact info. I clearly stated I wanted to cancel my order before dispatch. On the 1/10 I then get an email saying item has been shipped followed by a rude response from there customer service to say I have to pay return postage after telling them instantly about the issue and giving them 3 days notice before shipping! I will never use this company again and advise everyone to do the same until they sort there customer services out. SHOCKING They are associated with micksgarage.com to hide all these bad reviews

Avoid this company!! should have read these reviews first! When i ordered the website said payment payment denied and to try another payment method, I did this but unknown to me they had taken the payment for the first attempt so i have paid twice! contacted them and at first they responded and asked for bank statements (which i sent) but since then they have gone silent and will not respond to emails. The phone number does not work and no point sending a letter as the London address is fake! aghhh! Total scam company. Parent company is Micks garage in Ireland but they have no way of contacting them. Trying to get my money back through paypal/ credit cards! over £300 of my money they stole!

I wish I had read other people's reviews. E.g. In 2022 someone wrote: The contact phone number on the website doesn’t work. Can’t call anyone. These “HQ” located in London is an address to a different building. Actual location is a different company called micksgarage you can’t contact them either. That's all still true. They have my money and I have no roof rack. Doesn't seem fair to me!

Orders some roof bars for my car, invoice and products state they’re for my model however they don’t fit. Been trying to deal with the company for the last two weeks with no real improvement. They’ve refused a refund even though the bars are not fit for purpose or as per description. Very disappointing.

I was a bit skeptical after reading other reviews. I placed the order and received confirmation. Did not receive a dispatch notification but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived on the following Monday. Came well boxed and it's cheaper than anywhere else which is a no brainer. Came from Ireland but I did not have to pay any customs charges on this occasion

I have ordered 3 times from this company. One of my ordered was damaged on arrival, the guys there went out of their way to help make my resolution and very pleasant one. The are actually a great company and would most definitely use them again.

Car rack ordered, acknowledgment email received and money taken. Nothing else. No car rack and no response to chasing emails. Recommend you go elsewhere.

Ordered car roof bars for 23 plate Qashqai epower at 2300hrs on a Tuesday and received Thursday morning, with standard delivery. Unpacked the box and these are a quality item. Roughly sized them up on the car and they seem a good fit. I will install properly at weekend.

Ordered a paddle board paddle over the bank holiday weekend. Tracking info provided but never seemed to go live. Then lo and behold my paddle arrived courtesy of Parcel force. No mess, no fuss.
