Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Show items as being in stock, then ghost you once they have your money. No way to contact (they ignore all emails, all "contact" forms, all "cancel my order" forms and their system doesn't send acknowledgements of cancellation requests, which is convenient for them when you dispute with the bank. You can't even take a screenshot, as it wipes the data as you hit submit. Note that despite showing UK contact details, this is actually MicksGarage in Dublin. Extremely misleading. 3 weeks since ordering an "in stock" item and paying for next day delivery and nothing from this shower. Incompetence or taking a leaf out of RyanAir's customer service handbook? Next stop will be a dispute with my bank.

Scam company avoid at all costs they say returns are easy but they will ignore you and cost you more money returning item with a failed return as they just ignore it. No way to contact company phone number provided is fake and emails ignored, company address seems fake too. No not waste your money here.

Can't fault this company. I've ordered twice and felt compelled to comment after reading the poor reviews. First time was a paddleboard, cheaper than anywhere else and promptly delivered. Second order was a kayak. Ordered on 21st December (a Saturday), arrived Christmas eve. Responded in less than an hour to an email query about delivery with it being ordered so near to Christmas. The kayak was £240 less than the closest competitor I could find for exactly the same boat. Obviously things haven't gone so well for some folks, but I can't recommend this supplier highly enough!

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. Paid for priority delivery, nothing more than order confirmation arrived, no dispatch email, no tracking and no roof bars! Company doesn't have an active phone number and is a front for another company based in Ireland. They don't respond to emails and are completely uncontactible. I've reported it to my bank as fraud becaus3 that's what it is and requested a charge back.

I ordered Roof Bars for my motor from RoofRacks uk. And as my order seemed to be taking a while to arrive I tried contacting the company via email and telephone, neither of which were acknowledged, phone was of the hook all the time. After coming across the Trust Pilot reviews I began to panic, but my order did turn up after 10 days and it would appear to have be sent from Ireland which could explain the delay in delivery, panic over. Communication would be my only critsism, lacking a bit.

I have tried placing an order for roof rails numerous times on their website unsuccessfully. Tried ringing them on their Coventry number (business address shown as London!!). The number is permanently engaged even tried at 4am. Still engaged. Emailed only to receive the usual Thank you we will get back to you. After reading the reviews here looks like I dodged the bullet!

Absolutely Shocking. Ordered Dometic CFX95 Cover (2860764) as in stock. Nothing shipped! Told item not in stock, yet website still showed in stock. Final notice of shipment, but a Dometic coolbox turned up. Complained again and asked for refund. Carrack arranged pickup of coolbox, and you guessed - NO REFUND or contact of any kind. These cowboys should be shut down.

Awful. Money leaves my account but I don’t get a full receipt. I notice that money has been paid to Micks Garage Rotherham. They have same website as Car Racks. I e mail them and am told that item will be dispatched - this is two weeks after purchase. Nothing arrives and realise that e mail exchange is from a bot. Please don’t use this scam company
