We have been using this company at least twice a year if not more for the past few years and they have always been professional, quick to respond and the cabins are exactly as they are portrayed.
My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience we had thru Carolina Cabin Rentals. My husband is still talking about our vacation that was in July 2018. Having used Carolina Cabin Rentals twice, there is no doubt this is my new go-to source for rentals. The quality of rental homes and options is second to none in the area, process to rent couldn't be easier and smoother, and although limited, my interaction with staff has been wonderful. Properties are everything shown and more, quality properties with quality amenities, great location choices. There is simply no one out there at the quality level of Carolina Cabin Rentals. very happy with everything
The rental team was very quick to answer any question I had, and very polite. The xbox in our rental had problems and we told them just to notify them about it. They offered to come out immediately to fix it. We told them it wasn't that important to us, we were in the mountains to disconnect, and they had no problem respecting that and waited until after we left.
Excellent company to work with. Everything was perfect and they were always available for questions. I will use them again.

Everything went smoothly from the on line reservation to check in. I had a couple of questions and the office was quick to respond. The property we rented was one of the best ever.
