I am a property owner with a house in this program. Our realtor referred us to Billy Rich during our search for a mountain house. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Mr. Rich's insights and professionalism during our search. His counsel was critical. When we purchased the home, Billy met with us and made some suggestions. We followed his suggestions and are very glad Billy was helped us in this endeavor. My wife and I consider Billy a true and trusted family friend. Now Billy is not superman. He is part of a larger team. I can easily say the entire team at Caronia Cabin Rentals is amazing. They are a great group of men and women. I have called to rent another house for family members coming into town. We could not fit everyone into our cabin. The gentlemen ( I forgot your name sorry) who helped me did not know I was a property owner. His suggestions were excellent. He listened to our needs and likes. He was patient with our group size changing daily. Todd and David are our Client Relations POCs. They are always ready to help and respond to our inquiries. In the event of a problem, their repair team is responding quickly. We are grateful for them. Bad news does not get better with time, but they always deliver the bad news with recommendations. That is key to out of town owners. The clean team. They are the men and women behind the scene. They are like elves who appear and magically turn a lived in- house into a welcoming home for the guests. Ya'all don't hear this enough but thank you. I am sure I may have missed a few people in this review. I apologize to you now. In conclusion, I look forward to another wonderful year with Carolina Cabin Rentals. I intend to buy another cabin and enroll it in your program. It will need to be one which fits our business model and fulfills our family's needs.

Carolina Cabin Rentals was very easy to work with on-line and we found they were very organized, explaining everything accurately that we needed to know about the property. They seemed to have all bases covered. Definitely would rent with them again.

This house was beautiful!!! Everyone at the rental company was very attentive to our needs. We’d call with an issue and maintenance was there to fix. We were all very pleased!! Again, house was Gorgeous, and the views were breathtaking! We absolutely loved our entire stay! We will definitely stay there again in the future!

I am renting a place through Carolina Canin Rentals right now and it is very frustrating. No one seems to have the same answer and there is no follow up. The employees work from home and seem to have no guidance. Every time I ask a question no one knows what to do. I can’t even get an answer as what to with the outside trash or when my promised cleaning person would be here. I will never use this group again

I'm in my mid 70's and this has been one of the most pleasant friendly professional rentals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The rental company has customer service down pat, they were awesome and the cottage was so nice and could tell it was well maintained plus had a well equipped kitchen. Loved the way the owners personalized their cottage with pictures, signs, and a large item hanging down that we had to get help finding out what it was and we did but won't tell what we found out because it was so interesting to hear what all our friends thought it was, they came up with some doozies😂 maybe the next guest will have as much fun. We were so pleased and satisfied from the beginning to the end!!

Our cabin was perfect! It was clean and cozy... it was also centrally located b/t Banner elk-Boone-Blowing rock. We will reserve the Lazy Bear cabin again hopefully in the fall

Nice location tucked away in the mountain. close to markets, hiking, waterfalls. you will not be disappointed with this place! everything is nice and if you are a cook this place is a no brainer. if youre choosing between this place and another. choose this place. we will be back. thank you.
