We evacuated the coast during hurricane Florence and chose to rent a cabin utilizing this company. This Carolina Cabin Rentals was amazing, the staff assisted us in making our reservations and provided great customer service. They honestly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable without any issues. The cabins we stayed at were clean, well stocked and had phenomenal views. We did have a minor electrical issue with one outlet in the living room not working. They dispatched a maintenance tech who was able to correct the issue within minutes and had use backto normal. I would highly recommend Carolina Cabin Rentals and will definitely contact them again for all future vacations to the area. Thank you for a great trip that helped us minimize the stress of the weather on the coast. Looking forward to a future vacation.

Carolina Cabin Rentals provides excellent and immediate customer service to their guests. We have rented from them for four years and consistently get superior service. They are a perfect blend of using appropriate technology and being hands on. The updates to allowing on site check help tremendously as opposed to having to go to their office and then to the cabin. We usually travel with young grandchildren who are ready to "get there".

Carolina Cabin Rentals has the best customer service of any rental company I have ever worked with. They took care of some minor issues immediately and made sure we were happy. I plan to continue to use their services!

Such a great place to rent a cabin or condo to stay in the mountains. So many great choices, wonderful pictures so you know exactly what to expect. Every time we have stayed the rentals are spotless and clean. We usually rent a place 2 or 3 times a year so we get to enjoy all the different seasons in the NC mountains.

Very clean always ready when its suppose to be

We stay in a five bedroom cabin near Banner elk called elk Laurel. The house is beautiful and it fits our entire family. The view is wonderful and it is perfectly located to many of the small towns and entertainment. As for the staff of Carolina Cabins Renatls. helpful and willing to do almost anything to make sure your vacation is perfect. We already have it reserved for next years trip in February. We stay there every year now.

This is a great company to rent a cottage from. The entire experience was easy from beginning to end. The cottage was just like it was pictured and described. Since it was fairly new, there were improvements that made it much better. All in all, I was very pleased with my rental.

Had an issue with some kind of "bugs" (NOT bedbugs!) at our first location. THe problem was checked out and we were moved to an even better location !! They were very understanding, courteous, and efficient! We appreciated it! Would definitely rent from them again!
