Great location with a lovely house and amenities. Enjoyed the fire pit, access to the Swimming pools, the hot tub, the fishing ponds, and the quiet neighborhood. We would rent this property again.

Very clean condo with a magnificent view of the mountains from the balcony.

We stayed in the 'Holy Cow' unit which is a condo in the Yonahlosee Raquet Club. The unit was very nice, clean, updated, with very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in deck in the woods with gas grill that was easy to use and worked well to cook steaks. Carolina Cabin Rentals was responsive to the few issues we encountered. We would stay in this unit again and we would rent from CCR as well. Excellent experience.

Horrible experience with this company. We booked a cabin house on Airbnb and paid our deposit. 2 weeks after paying and booking I received a call from a woman from this company. She started our conversation by asking me many questions and interrogating me and trying to figure out what rules we would be breaking once we got there. After finding out that we would not be breaking any rules, she revealed the real reason that she was calling. The company had double booked the cabin we had rented. It was clear then that the woman was trying to find a reason to make us cancel our reservation so we Would not get a full refund and they would still make money off of our group. This was clear when she insinuated we would be breaking rules when we got there So we would cancel. After telling us they had double booked, she still attempted to make money off of us by telling us that we needed to go in and cancel the cabin. She told us this knowing that if we cancelled for their mistake, they would still be able to make money. When realizing that we were not stupid and Would not cancel it ourselves, she told us she would figure something out and call us back. An hour later we received a cancellation email and no further communication from this company. It is incredibly unprofessional to run a business this way and to not take accountability for the mistakes you make. It is also very unprofessional to list the house on two websites and not take the house off of the other website when it was booked and paid for. This company will never be getting my money again and I hope in the future they are able to run their business in a more professional manner.

Cabin was awesome, and ladies in the office were so kind and professional!! I will continue to use this rental company again when vacationing in the Boone/Blowing Rock area, and would recommend them highly to anyone else planning on going in that direction!!

Great company to rent from! I have super high standards about rental companies, especially in these times. Carolina Cabin Rentals was great at communicating with me about my rental. And, at the last minute, we asked for firewood for our cabin's fire pit, and they made sure someone brought tons of it by right away. So awesome!

Beautiful cabin with beautiful and relaxing views! It was so comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub wasn’t working when we were there but they made every effort to fix it while we were there. Even without it, my family if 6, plus my parents had a great time playing pool and checkers and enjoying quality time together.

Great family vacation in a very nice mountain cabin! The cabin was exactly as described and in great shape. My family had a great time playing foosball and exploring the creek. Honestly, the creek was the highlight and why we chose this cabin. It was perfect for my 4 year old granddaughter. We played in shallow pools and climbed mini-waterfalls! Very nice deck and hot tub for relaxing in cool mountain evenings. We'll be back!

This was all that I expected and more!!! It was throughly clean (I inspected)and was beyond spacious. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to return again in the future.

we rented this house for our summer vacations, we had several problems, and it was a terrible service, they didn't send us anyone to fix it, and they said it was fine for them, we have a photo of everything .. very bad service I don't recommend this house at all

WORST RENTAL EVER IN MY LIFE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. FOR THEM AN AC THAT COOL AT 80F IS WORKING WELL IF OUTSIDE IS 90F. AND THEY ONLY MAKE EXCUSE WHEN YOU CALL FOR HELP. Alex B.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Banner Elk. A big part of the reason for that was how easily we were able to make our reservations. While we were there we had a couple questions about our cabin and the staff at Carolina Cabin Rentals always answered the phone. Very polite and helpful. Our family definitely recommends Carolina Cabin Rentals.
