Foteliki dziecięce zarezerwowane online okazały się niedostępne na miejscu. Na szczęście obsługa była uprzejma i pomocna i udało się otrzymać zwrot kosztów, ale musieliśmy szukać na ostatnią chwilę innej wypożyczalni.
Brałem samochód od Państwa dwa razy, raz w lutym tego roku i drugi raz w czerwcu w tym roku. Dwa razy Toyota Corolla, w lutym dostałem nówke z 700km przebiegu, teraz dostałem z 20k około. Samochody fajne, zadbane. Proces rezerwacji i odbioru bez komplikacji. Zawsze biorę pakiet dodatkowego ubezpieczenia, aby nie było niepotrzebnego problemu podczas zdawania i bez zarzutów. Samochody nowe, kaucja na koncie spowrotem po 4 dniach, ceny bezkonkurencyjne. Polecam, ale tylko z wykupieniem ubezpieczenia i ewentualnego pakietu czyszczenia. Nigdy nie miałem problemów w Opolu i być może skorzystam też kolejnym razem z usług tej wypożyczalni.
This is by far the most disgraceful company I have ever dealt with in respect of car rental.
They are fraudulent

I have been overcharged on at least two occassions where money has been promised to be returned, and has not been so.
I am still owed at least 199 zl for a change of contract and return location.
I spoke face to face at the Krakow desk when I returned the Kia Sportage, which was a wonderful vehicle, and the male agent promised me that I would receive the return of the 199 zl, as the vehicle had now been returned to the original receipt location.
That was many weeks ago, and I still have received neither the acknowledgement or the promised refund.
CarNet - If you think that you can ignore this and it will go away, you have seriously underestimated me and my resolve.
If you want to carry on being known as a bunch of fraudulent liars, then ignore your mistake, otherwise sort out your mistake and return my money
Worst rental car experience i ever had(!)
-I was first charged an extra fee for car cleaning without the car being returned any more dirty than we picked it up. I rented the car via rentalcar.com and nowhere in the terms and agreement from them was this specified. After complaining they returned the money after a few days.
-When returning the car we were told that the deposit fee was to be returned in full amount after a maximum of 5 bank days to my account. It has now been 4 weeks and i am still waiting for them to return my deposit fee(!!!)
In conclusion all these experiences has made to never rent via this ”company” again.
Gdyby nie to, że trzeba dać jedną gwiazdke żeby napisać komentarz to szczerze nie dałabym ani jednej. Jedno wielkie oszustwo. Przy rezerwacji auta online nie było żadnej wzmianki o depozycie 500 euro. Przy okienku faktycznie Pan wszystko ładnie wytłumaczył, ale ten depozyt zbił mnie z nóg. Auto dostałam inne niż było zarezerwowane, ale najlepsze w tym wszystkim jest to, że przy oddawaniu auta umówiliśmy się z Panem na 3:30 w nocy (mówił ze nie będzie problemu, wystarczy wrzucić kluczyk do skrzyneczki) tak też zrobiliśmy, auto zostało oddane równo o 3:29, a na dokumencie zwrotnym na emailu było napisane, że auto zostało oddane o 9:25!! depozyt z konta został ściągnięty, JEDNA WIELKA KPINA!!
Very bad experience.
They tried to rob you and will charge extra costs like cleaning of the car after you give back the car.
No one at the desk, no help, strange extra costs not justified.

First of all 1,5h to collect car was ridicolous..
Secondly they sent us invoice for fuel because thay claimed that it wasn't as we took it which is not true. I've send them pictures with fuel level when we took it and return.. waiting for their response. This is how rental cars companies made money on us..
My experience with Car-Net ended up being a total disaster.
I rented a car at Krakov airport via RentalCars. Firstly, it took me more than 1h to get the keys of the car, because there was only one person at the desk (compared with 2-4 people in the rest of the resting companies) and a long queue of people waiting.
Secondly, they charged me 63€ extra to be able to enter Slovakia (all other rental companies I have used before do not charge you anything extra as far as you do not leave the EU). It was not indicated anywhere in RentalCars either.
Third, when you return the car there is no one to check the car with you being present. They check them later on when you are not there anymore. What already felt suspicious as every serious rental company I have used before checks the car with you being present.
They ask you to wash the car before returning it (normally rental companies wash the cars themselves). Anyway, I washed it and cleaned it thoroughly and I reviewed that there wasn't any new damage in the car that I wasn't aware of. All was correct.
To my surprise, some days after returning the car I receive an invoice of 500€ because they say I damage one wheel of the car. They don't attach any image of the alleged damage. I ask them for some proof and they don't reply to my email for 5 days. I send them a reminder and they reply me to contact another email. I contact that email and I receive an automatic response saying that they will handle the case in 30 days.. and I am still waiting.
Avoid this company if you don't want to have issues. Use a serious rental company because otherwise, you will end up paying more and having a frustrating experience.

Thanks for your reply Car Net Polska.
After contacting your complaints department and submitting the proof that the alleged damage was already there when I rented the car, they replied:
"After verification of your claim, the complaint was found to be valid.
We apologize for the misrepresentation - most likely the employee did not mark the damage on the car from a previous customer and the damage was included in your rental.
The collected funds will be refunded. We apologize for the situation."
But... the story wasn't over of course. From the 502,09€ they debited from my credit card, they only reimbursed 474,11€. Now I am waiting again for them to explain to me where those 27,98€ went.
Regarding the cross-border charges, yes your terms mention that it needs to be communicated to the company. But regarding the extra fees they just say:
"Restrictions may apply for certain countries which may require the customer to pay additional fees."
Which are those "certain countries"? Why don't you explicitly mention them? Why don't you mention the extra fee amount? Are you trying to hide it by any chance?
Serious rental companies, 1st don't charge you extra fees for crossing to another EU country and 2nd they are transparent about their extra fees.
Tragedia! Inny samochód proponowany, przy odbiorze okazuje sie ze dostaliśmy jakiegoś grata o zupełnie innym standardzie. obsługa kielnta na infolinii to jakiś żart. Po zgłoszeniu że proszę o wymianę samochodu na inny bezpieczny pani powiedziała że mogę zrezygnowac i zapłacić kare albo ryzykować życiem i jedzic. Nie polecam!
DON'T RENT FROM CARNET. I had the worst experience ever with CarNet.
I rent a car from Krakow airport for 4 days. I returned the car in very good condition. no extra charges but after 2 weeks I was charged 1400 zl for driving out of the country. Seriously!!. So, I drove to Prague for 1 day and they charged me 1400 zl for that. When I contact the CS, the simple explanation was "because I did not notify them". SCAMS.
Be careful because they will charge you for anything that they can make money of.
Never got my money back
Das Auto an sich ließ sich gut fahren, er hatte allerdings bei Abholung ein paar Macken, vor allem vorne an der Stoßstange einen Riss. Leider kommt kein Mitarbeiter mit, wenn man das Auto abholt um es zusammen zu besichtigen. Ich habe alle Kleinigkeiten und auch den Riss in der vorderen Stoßstange fotografiert, bevor ich mich überhaupt in das Auto gesetzt habe. Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde ich bereits über diesen Mangel aufgeklärt! Nun bringen wir das Auto zurück und es wartet ein Mitarbeiter auf uns, macht direkt nach dem einparken ein Foto von dem Riss und will mir/uns das anhängen. Nach der Aufklärung hat er sich ALLE Fotos von meinem Handy mit Uhrzeit und Datum abfotografiert. Ich habe nach zwei Tagen dann auch per E-Mail die Bestätigung bekommen, dass meine Kaution für das Auto wieder „meins“ ist und ich nichts bezahlen muss. Einen weiteren Tag später sehe ich auf meinem Konto, dass die Kaution abgebucht wurde (513€+9,50€ Umrechnungsgebühr)!!!!! Ich hatte auch noch extra eine Versicherung abgeschlossen für ca. 45€, die mich von allen Schäden finanziell befreien sollte!!! Nun bin ich nach 3 wochen immer noch am hin und her schreiben mit denen! Wenn als Nächstes mein Geld nicht wieder bei mir ankommt, schalte ich meine Rechtsschutzversicherung ein!
The car was fine, the service excellent but they emply the 'dirty car scam' to charge you extra. 3 day hire on dry roads yet charged 57PLN extra. At the very least insist they come and inspect the car on return,.
