1,5h to collect car, additional charge for..
First of all 1,5h to collect car was ridicolous.. Secondly they sent us invoice for fuel because thay claimed that it wasn't as we took it which is not true. I've send them pictures with fuel level when we took it and return.. waiting for their response. This is how rental cars companies made money on us..
