Good quality mats. Would have earned 5 stars if delivered quicker in this day and age.

I placed an online order for a set of mats for my Hyundai, the process was really easy. The mats are excellent quality and look excellent in the car. The price was really fair with delivery was very swift.

Poor fit - wrong fixings - boot mat too shallow. Overall rubbish

Mats arrived relatively quick,seem ok for price,bit dissatisfied with the drivers mat as it isn't as long as the genuine version so doesn't cover as well,seems strange as other 3 mats cover every inch of floorspace..

I ordered over a month ago. 10 days to make the mats and they never arrived. They told me EVri lost the mats in transit. I ordered again 2 weeks later they never arrived. Same excuse so I explained by email. I asked for a refund ….they only refunded the shopping costs . DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FORM CARMATS.CO.UK, 😡😡

Ordered a set of mats with their order number CM-198962-S. These Mats arrived in good time and appeared to be well constructed, quality though did not seem to match the pictures. Three of the four fitted well but the Drivers Mat clips did not align - however hard I pulled the clips would not close as the holes on the Mats are smaller than the clips on the Car, also there is a bump on the floor of the car which the Mats construction did not take account of. Complained and was told to open the clips on the Mat and re-adjust - this did not work and the clips now do not close properly - which did not matter as they do not clip to the Car. Today whilst cleaning the passenger side clips fell apart. So all that looks good is not good. Mats now consigned to the Garage and a original set on order from Mercedes. I would not buy from these people again as support is poor and quality turned out to be poor

Disgraceful customer service Ordered my car mats over 7 working days ago which is the estimated time for these to be made, that wasn’t the problem but once the date approached I had ZERO cominication from the company regarding the status of my order so I decided to call for an update and to make sure everything was still okay. 4 days it took me to get through 3 voicemails and a email later and I still had ZERO communication from them. Eventually on the 6/7 time trying to phone I managed to get through and I was told that after 10 working days of production they still were not ready and the individual I spoke to seemed like she couldn’t be at all bothered with the issue. I promptly cancelled the order and it has been a complete waste of my time dealing with this company. I don’t doubt there car mats are superb and if they had just been a little interested enough to return a phone call or email I would of been absolutely okay with the extended lead time but the fact they never bothered and when I did eventually get to speak to someone it was as if I was an inconvenience to her. I’m actually still waiting for a response for my original email about my update but I’ve received an email about my cancellation, it’s just terrible how little they care

The service was nice and quick and the quality of the mats was reasonable for the price. Unfortunately the fixings to attach the drivers mat to the floor are the wrong size. They are too thick and don't allow the floor fixings to rotate. My fault but didn't try and do anything about it so can't rate them on their aftercare.

Just No Wrong Mats, Not even close, when asked for to return and full refund I was ask to send photos, why? I'm not happy, that's it, refund! As anyone's right Descriptions are and what you receive are not the same. Find it interesting that the online returns wont load!!!!!! Hummmm

Ordered rear seat cover for recharge xc40- product doesn’t fit in height width or for seat belts. Very poor product. Now unable to return product without sending evidence - very poor service. Don’t buy.

I ordered on the 4th of August. The mats still hadn't arrived by the 23rd so i requested a refund. I still have not received my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My order might well turn out to be an excellent product but as I am STILL waiting for it to arrive it will probably be returned if or when it does..... Woeful communication and customer service not helped by using the UK's slowest and worst rated delivery service, the ironically named Fast Despatch Logistics.... No excuse for this in todays competitive market.

excellent service, great bespoke mats, great price. i think you have to show patience when ordering as a lot of businesses are struggling with staff and parts. delivery was quite quick. thank you for my mats.

Ordered on the 17th, still waiting for them. Emails bounce back, phone goes to voicemail and no social media response. Hate leaving bad reviews for small companies but the lack of communication is shocking. Starting to think I have been ripped off. **update** have been advised courier tried to deliver. Checked my security cams, no attempt made. No dispatch info was sent and I'm still waiting on mats. Avoid.

Waited 14 working days for my load area mat for my x class, that I had to trim in myself. I mean it’s a bit of rubber with a little 8-10mm edging on one side. Wouldn’t use or recommend for future
