Very helpful and very polite thanks

The sales team was polite, with some collection of good cars. However, most vehicle prices are not on the low side. Also, the warranty and additional purchases were expensive. Particularly, when most customers are already on a budget when buying a car.

Very pleasant experience from when I was greeted on arrival. Fast process although I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Adrian was very helpful throughout.

Put a deposit down for a car waiting to collect it next weekend, when I spoke to the team deals with cars that already have a deposit on, very very rude over the phone. The car is dirty on the outside and inside and when I asked him could you kindly wash and vac the car for delivery, he replied “WE DONT WASH OUR CARS BEFORE SALE” which I think for a company like yours where customer relation is everything, this is extremely poor. I writing the review only to reiterate what’s been said in the reviews. I am due to collect the car for my wife next weekend fingers crossed 🤞 it’s not as bad of an experience as people are saying it is.
