Great Experience with Patia and Mitesh I recently bought a car after 10 years of not driving, and the experience couldn't have been better! Patia was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease, which was especially important after being off the road for so long. Mitesh was also fantastic—he guided me through the sales and deposit process, explaining everything in detail. I really appreciated their professionalism and customer care. Highly recommended!
I bought a car at 21/10/2024, and after all arranged, 3 years warranty (I had to pay £899 for it), payment made and the promise to pick up my car on the following day, Cargiant was able to ruin everything. On the day I was suppose to pick up my car, I received a call from Cargiant telling me that they made a mistake about the documents (V5 logbook) and because of that the car that was promised me for the day after the purchase, would only be available in 4 weeks time. The saller didn’t make me aware of any issues about the documents at the time I was buying. The explanation for this mistake was: 1) they said mistakes happen, it was a human mistake, unfortunately, this happens. 2) it wasn’t our mistake, it was DVLA mistake (even when all the evidences shows it was their mistake). I just seemed that they didn’t really care about the mistake they made, and as if they wasn’t really doing their best to get the whole situation solved and the make the client happy. Unfortunately, the dream of buying the first car became a nightmare, thanks to Cargiant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, and of course, THEY LOST A CLIENT.

I liked that i was able to view the cars for sale without any interruptions by the sales team and it was easy to find the makes and models I was intererested in. The entire process was very straightforward and simple. I also found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
