10 days ago purchased a vehicle with full history and last service has been done in may 2024. Apparently today service and oil light came on, called to cargiant and spoken with after sales representative(do not want to mention her name here but CARGIANT knows very well) . Long story short NO respect, No manner of talking, NO knowledge of role/position at all. Are you guys living in stone age still? Common have some respect towards customers. If customers do not buy vehicle you will be not get paid. Requested call back from one of the managers, lets see how managers are going to behave and respond. do not recommend at all. all nice words and behaviour till they sell their vehicle as vehicle has been sold they will go back to stone age. DO not reply to my review by saying please email us, instead call me, you have all my details. BIG SHAME

It would have been 5 stars but not knowing how good they are when things go wrong I have to say 4 going on 5. I would strongly recommend them to anyone based on my experience so far.

We went to cargiant after 9 years to buy our next car. We had a look around and could not help to notice that the place is a lot smaller. However we managed to find what we wanted and test drove it on the day. Lerivan was great and helped us through the process who was made smooth bathe use of technology. Today we collected our car and we were ready to go in 10 min. I would suggest for anyone to go and have a look.....you might find the car for you
