I have to say my coach was amazing! She is always so positive, encouraging and sweet!! All of the equipment needed for this therapy was mailed to me. There were a few issues in getting things going at first, but it was all resolved I feel so much better!! My physicians are amazed at my progress as I walk further without getting winded! I highly recommend this program!! It's the best!!

Using Carda Health is an excellent experience. The exercises are carefully selected and the intensity is gradually increased…. I feel I am getting much stronger and in better physical shape as the program progresses. My exercise physiologist, Cassidy Queen, is very supportive and knowledgeable. I recommend the program unequivocally.

I believe this company has helped me in many ways. First of all I feel they taught me to breathe correctly that is such a big part of the program. everyone was so helpful and pleasant . I have seen improvement in my breathing and physical endurance. Katelyn Eckels has been so supportive and encouraging. My pulmonary doctor has actually heard my lungs expand. That's a first for me.

At the beginning, the exercises are fairly easy to do. As the weeks go by the intensity for the exercises becomes greater. I need all the help I can get as I’ve been sedentary for too long. I really appreciated the help I got from Jonathan at the beginning and I really enjoyed working with Morgan. She is a great therapist and extremely kind and thoughtful. I feel stronger after doing the exercises for the last several weeks and will continue to do them as long as possible. I would recommend this therapy for anybody, who is weak from staying home so long, or has COPD like I do, or has heart issues to strengthen your heart muscles. This is a very good program and insurance will pay for it.

This program fits my life and is helping me to breathe better. Plus the personalized approach with my trainer and physical therapist cannot be beat. Perfect program!

I am truly blessed and grateful to have found Carda as it has supported my well being tremendously. My energy level has increased and am now able to climb stairs without losing my breath which is especially great with COPD. The exercises are perfect for me and the timing is perfect as well as I do not feel burdened and over exercised. Most of all I am delighted to have Meghan as a coach as her positive and loving support has totally enabled me to play full out and enjoy the process. I was at my Pulmonologist office scrolling thru my phone, an ad for Carda Health popped up. Read the ad. It's virtual, it's covered by medicare/medicare and I didn't have to travel. What did I have to lose? Long story short I called and signed up. It was easy! I am so glad I did. I have COPD, Emphysema, and Pulmonary Artierial Hytertension, on oxygen with limited lung function. Carda Health is great, I can tell a difference in my energy level and breathing. If you are hesitating, don't. I attribute ALOT of my success to my Physiologist/Coach Meagan H. she's in my corner all the way. Encouraging me, keeping me optimistic, cheering me on. I am not tired after my class and look forward to my classes three days a week. The program is well thought out, bless the geniuses that put this together, bless Meagan H for being a true healer and bless my good luck enrolling in Carda Health.

Megan has made my experience great she is very helpful in every way I look forward to seeing her 3 times a week it's wonderful after my class I feel good sometimes I get a little tired but it's worth it! Megan keeps a good eye on everyone so you can know you are in good hands. Cardia Health has been so good to me and for me, it's wonderful I recommend it. it's great.

This program has literally changed my life for the better! I am almost done with my pulmonary therapy and will really miss my one on one interaction with my therapist Meagan. She is such a positive and fun person that I do not stress about my exercises. I am able to go to family functions like my grandchildren’s graduations and recitals. I could not have been able to do this 6 months ago. I feel confident that I can handle things that require me to go outside of my home. I was literally stuck in my house on my oxygen 24/7. Now I can go to the grocery store, visit friends, have a LIFE! I will definitely continue my therapy even after I officially graduate. Meagan what can I say? You have given me hope. You have given me laughter. You have given me joy! I would recommend CARDA to everyone who has pulmonary issues. I have stage 3 emphysema yet I can live again. Thank you thank you thank you!

Definitely a five star experience.My respiratory function has improved and I'm looking forward to the next phase. My trainer Megan,was knowledgeable,professional, sincere,and so encouraging and demonstrated the patience of a Saint I would highly recommend both the program and Megan. Melissa Oldroyd and the trainers are all top notch. Melissa picks the trainers that you need to succeed and hit your goals. I am really enjoying the workouts and feel better after each workout.

Carda was able to adapt to my varied and changing schedule. Program was good. Felt like I was actually doing something positive for myself. Gave me a template for the future. Overall, definitely worth the time and effort.
