The Convenience of being able to do the zoom for my exercise. Andrew is and has been very thorough,beginning the day, He asks about my meds.and my health for the day, always lets me know about who my Instructor will be and a short review. The exercises so far have not been overwhelming, I actually enjoy and feel a difference. I am totally happy with finding out about Carda, and even the supplies were furnished to me for the time. My personal rep. was Kristin L. The Carda program was such a wonderful experience, and it was because of Kristin's knowledge, and understanding of her expertise. She has a friendly disposition, which I feel is a key component in her line of work. I felt like she had a personal interest in my rehab process which I found to be an essential requirement. I appreciated my time with her. Hold on to her, she is an asset to the Carda Team!
From the sign up day, CARDA was on point. Always encouraging a 75 year-old that she was able to do more than she thought she could. Nicole made sure that we never missed a session, even when I was on vacation for 2 weeks. There were also times when the ipad had a mind of its own, but Nicole was persistent in rebooting and going through the steps to get on page. She always made me feel that I was doing well, yet never pushed me: I always felt I could do the exercises. Lunges, however, are still challenging.
The employees are extremely friendly, helpful and I feel confident in my discussions with them and the programs exercise routines.
Shannon Jones, my therapist, is such a great person and is a terrific therapist. She's had a positive influence on my experience with CardaHealth. Her attitude is upbeat and encouraging in all respects. I've thoroughly enjoyed my sessions. They have been great for my wellness and she's been instrumental in the successes I have achieved.
This is a wonderful program,Justina Van Vliet is a great leader,teacher,listener,& we have our laughes & my cries,her voice is so relaxing. I look forward to this program & our support group of everyone asking questions or just telling th ere stories. It mean alot Thank you everyone. God Bless
Carda health has made a huge difference in my breathing and stamina. Shannon Jones has been so helpful and kind. Shannon is always upbeat and greets me with a smile. I am on session 24 and the exercises have increased in intensity and I can feel myself getting stronger every time. The site also provides great information about COPD includingmenus and activities to help. I would recommend Carda Health to anyone who would like to improve their health and breathing.
I found you on Facebook. I have COPD and was looking for information on how to help myself live as well as I could. I decided to try it. I first worked with Dylan and he was very helpful and always upbeat. Then I worked with Julie, she was very helpful and a ray of sunshine each time class! Very positive which I think is important for me. I enjoyed the trainers that did the videos, they all had voices that were easy to understand and follow. I don’t have any hearing problems, but it’s nice not to have to strain to hear. The classes were very easy to learn and do. I always felt better after, and it was easier to breathe. I liked the commitment, even if didn’t feel well I knew I had to do the class and always was rewarded feeling better! Julie was with me on one of my days when I would get real weak. Sometimes almost unable to move, my legs were so weak. My blood pressure dropped low, Julie guided me through it and suggested I go to er. I did go but by that time my blood pressure had gone up. Er told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me. Happy I went home. I learned how to adjust my meditation, drink water, and eat a snack. My Cardiologist reduced my medication, so hopefully it will take care of it. I read all the information on the website site, always can use more information that is reliable. This company is honest and have proven to me to help me in my quest to improving my breatheing since Ihave copd. I have worked with Andrew Mason for 35 sessions and found him to be a great human c , very supportive. The videos are challenging and I am extremely happy with the results.After I have surgery in December I will be in the maintenance program, it is well worth the money, time and effort I put into it

I started Carda after a long absence from my former rehab due to the Covid Pandemic. The at home program is what appealed to me the most. You can choose between 2 or 3 day a week. I chose 3 days a week. They give you options of what time of the day you would like. They also offer extra sessions at no cost to you. They supply you with every item you need to start your journey. The fact that it was covered by my Medicare Coverage made it all the better. Cassidy is my Clinical Exercise Physiologist, (CEP), and point of contact. She is right on time and stays in the background if you need assistance with something. She keeps an eye on your vitals to make sure you are on track. She has been helpful in supervising my sessions. She always has a smile, is full of helpful tips and encouragement. My coaches are the best. They are encouraging and really seem to enjoy their jobs. They remind you to stand up tall, smile, ands breath while working out. They work right along with you as they guide you through your exercises. I started out slow, but over the last few weeks I have progressed. I can walk up a flight of stairs without stopping. I can honestly say that am an more mobile. Last week in the grocery store, I picked up a small container of tomatoes. The lid came off and they flew all over the floor like little Christmas ornaments. I was able to bend over and pick them up without losing my breath or balance and could get back up without a struggle. Before Carda, I would have had to ask a clerk for help. I am almost done with my 12-week sessions. I will be signing up for their Maintenace program. I am looking forward to seeing where the next 12 weeks can bring me. I encourage you, if you are hesitant about the quality of the program, you won't be disappointed if you sign up.

Everyone that I spoke with was very polite and seemed to really care about me and my progress. Sam is the best. If I had any problems she always came on line to make sure I was ok.

I was hesitant to do this home rehab program after my open heart surgery because I was having issues and was not sure I could even perform the exercises. My insurance carrier encouraged me to try Carda Health and I am glad I did. The video exercise "coaches" Blake and Cesar made this really easy and my first several sessions were sitting. As I got stronger, I graduated to standing exercises and once again Blake and Cesar made these easy to follow and I looked forward to the sessions. I really enjoyed my pep talks with Sam (Samantha Emery). She was encouraging and I learned a lot of things from her. I will miss our 3 times a week sessions because she was such a happy fun person to talk to I have told my primary care physician and my cardiologist about this program and hope they will refer patients to this program. I found it very helpful in my recovery and appreciate everyone who I had contact with at Carda Health
I've been working with Cassidy for several weeks in the Pulmonary Rehab Program. I've noticed a gradual increase in range of motion, energy level, and increased physical functionality. In the past two weeks, I've seen an increase in my oxygen saturation levels with more frequent readings at 97% and 98%!
Every Tuesday and Thursday I was up and ready to exercise with Carda. I had the lucky experience to be coached and followed by two Nicoles who were the best in taking care of me, physically and mentally. I was impressed with the quality of the leaders of the exercise programming. They were concise, superior leaders; always encouraging me as we worked together to improve my 'lung performance'. Nicole Allen closed out my experience and was a great advocate and coach. She was always there when I needed support and assistance to continue working to improve my lung capacity. Her knowledge and skill in achieving the goals were appreciated. I will continue with the program and enter the next phase to a continuous improvement of my lung capacity, my goal is to continue my breathing regimen and success in everyday activities.
Melissa has been great, setting up my sessions, increasing the intensity. I feel confident we will reach my goals.
