I dealt with Jordan out of Ottawa , this guy went above and beyond for me . After the purchase of an amazing F150 it took a little while for my prior loan company to be paid and during that time I had to make double payments I mentioned that to Jordan and without a problem had the new loan payments returned to me until the old loan was paid . I see some bad reviews and that’s unfortunate for those people but I never had any issues start to finish

‼️⚠️ stay away from them ‼️⚠️‼️ motor one sold me a car I paid cash it has since been totalled from hail damage and I come to find out they have sold me a car with finance on it I am now out 12 grand !!!! Stay away rude arrogant aggressive and they are handing out peoples private information

Worst place to get a car from they have a GPS lock out box wired into your car when you get behind on your payment I was out of town with family and the payment is due January 2 and they locked my car out on Saturday after they were closed. CAR was priced at $15,000 by the end of 4 years I will have paid close to $30,000

They made buying the car so easy I was impressed. Now day 5 having issues with the car. Called the salesman who sold me the car told me he had nothing to do with my issue he is just a salesmans but he was the one who provided me with number to contact Robin Hood to repair the car. I never got a chance to speak with the service manager was transferred tothe warranty person definitely was not impressed with her trying to over talk me and not listening to what I had to say. Unless you are DESPERATE for a car I will not recommend them to nobody.

PRESTIGE MOTORS at Car City are the absolute biggest joke... , all charming to seal our purchase of a Mercedes and upon pick up day of our new Car, there was not even enough petrol in the car to get us 10 KLM. And thank goodness we purchased warranty as not even 12 months later we had a $3800 bill ( and the warranty didn't even cover 1/2 of the bill) for a service, due to it being a lemon. They are definitely a company to stay away from. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I have had the same issue paid for towing 6 times the first car shop stopped fixing it because it kept coming back with the same problem he said it had to be electrical he does not do that work and they sent it to another car shop to fix the same pump the first shop kept doing car has left me stranded again and out of my second job. Now they say I’m over warranty so that’s my problem … They have you leave a review for the cheap down payment so they look on paper but they definitely are not a option for anyone who wants a job kids to school or not to pay 19000 on a car that is just bs because nobody they send you to can find what keeps causing the same problem after over a year oh then let’s not forget they accidentally turned my car off I’ve never missed a payment and made one arrangement because they don’t know I paid a mechanic to come to my job but it was a accident and they have new employees and the one payment Arrangement I did have made they said they could not honor because he was new and no longer there

My experience was phenomenal I initially started the process 30 days ago received one approved amount. It was OK but I wanted a different higher amount. I redid my application 30 days later which was this month and May and I got approved for the higher amount. Everyone with the company was super helpful. I did my entire process online and received great customer service more importantly everything was timely. The application was easy and very self-explanatory. The agents checked in with me without being overbearing. And I will be having my new vehicle Delivered to my home I was able to take care of everything right from my kitchen. I recommend this company to others! Thank you car city!!!

Let me be clear...you take advantage of people! Who would finance a 2018 vehicle, over 100k mileage, take a trade and $500 and charge them $18k and blows up a week later? Crooks ,that is who! Well this man is dead today and all you slimey salesmen should be ashamed of your conduct. Who would pay 18k for a used car off your lot? Someone desperate to have a vehicle to take him to treatment he never got too. So know I will continue to advertise your unethical treatment of honest people as long as I am able. I will tell everyone I know and in hospitality, word gets around. You are crooks, shame on you!

THEY KNOW HOW LEGITIMIZE THE SCAMS THEIR DOING SO POLICE CANNOT DO ANYTHING OR THE COURTS

Avoid at all costs you cannot trust this company. One of the dealers here ken sold a completely damaged dodgy car the car cost around 15000 and was quoted 18000 on repairs as it was due to the cars software. Ken was in the middle of court proceedings when he closed his ltd company and got away with it. He knows is a partner at car city.

Enquired about a Hyundai i40 2 owners fsh was told this was a tidy car. Arrived there to find the car had been running on tick over until upto temperature which I found odd. The sales guy approved me who I found rude. I looked around the car to find the boot wouldn't open the alloys had a quick lick over was told they had a full refurbishment to find out a 4 year old could do a better job. I then turned the car off to then find out it wouldn't start back up was told it would be just battery but I think it was more the alternator not charging the battery. Then went under the engine bay to find it in scruffy condition and the diesel filter which looked like it had never been changed. I didn't take the car on a test drive as I had seen enough. It took a week to get my deposit back with several calls to the company. Wouldn't trust these cowboys with a spanner.

They sold me trash the car been in the shop 8 time since I got it. only had the car for 8 months and the lady Brenda Manager at Car city had no care. I explained the issue she said there is nothing they can do also the bank orbit leasing do not care please beware before you lease from them.

Had a wonderful experience brian was helpful and patience. Go over and beyond he is a true definition of excellence customer service. Very fast not lot paper work they care definitely recommend stop in see Brian at car city! Thank u brian

Just want to say Steve from Car City in Kalamazoo should go learn from Nick Wendell at Rightway on his people skills! Steve was very rude and disrespectful towards my husband! Right off the bat Nick made us feel like we came to the right place! Steve stated I wouldnt get in a new car for less than 600 a month with my credit and no more than a 1000 for the trade in on my car. Nick got me into a car with only 56000 miles on it for 450 a month with a 1250 trade in on my car! Keep up the great work Nick and know I'll be referring anyone who's looking for a car to you! How many others has this happened to and Car City has bullied them to back down!!! And they have said nothing!!!!!!    I AM NOT RISKING YOUR FAMILY OR MINE ANYMORE We purchased a 11 Jeep Compass from Car City in Nov 2021. We were told they did their inspection and it was a good vehicle. Well, after about a month our wheel sensor on the driver side went bad. It was replaced under the warranty we had purchased thru them. Then we noticed our brakes grinding and the front end hitting hard (shocks). Car city (Alan Boyer) adv they had not changed the brakes and were not covered under a warranty. I had later called a spoke to Alan's partner and he mistakenly adv they had changed the brakes and were in fact covered under the warranty, They refused to replace the shocks and struts at their cost but did us a favor they charged us the cost to do it. Well then in Sept of 2022 our Jeep started swaying knowing what I know about vehicles I thought it was the sway bar links and bushings. I bought the parts and took them to Michael ( a mechanic a friend of ours) and he put them on, but told us our vehicle was unsafe to drive due to the frame was rusted so bad that parts of the frame WAS NOT EVEN ATTACHED TO THE VEHICLE. There were parts missing from the frame!!!!   I had asked him when they replaced the shocks and struts should have they seen the frame as rusted as it was and should have said something. Michael and Devin both adv they is NO way they didn't know the frame was that bad! WELL Car City never said  anything. When we called a spoke to the woman under the owner as she claimed she said the mechanic did what they were paid to do and didn't need to say anything else. We were told we needed to replace the subframe. We purchased the subframe and took it to Devin and he started to put it in and then had to replace several more parts. Devin then asked if any of the mechanics at Car City advised us the frame was rusted or missing parts or that bad. Of course we said no, because they haven't. Devin confirmed what Michael had said, that is NO WAY Car City replaced the struts and shocks and did not know the frame was that bad unsafe. Devin also adv the frame was that bad more than 3 years ago. We had been driving on this bad frame the whole time we have had the car. I want my money back and they can have this death trap back. So I can buy a vehicle that I know is safe. I am tired of putting money and money and more money into it. and now wondering when I am going to die or kill somebody driving it. I am applaud at the fact  Car City thought it was ok to put this vehicle on the road!! I AM MORTIFIED I COULD HAVE KILLED MYSELF AND MY WIFE OR WORSE EVEN YET ANOTHER FAMILY!! There IS NO WAY that frame rusted that bad in the 17 months we had it. And the fact that the Car City mechanic had to know about it and said NOTHING!!!! Isn't there some sort of mechanics ethics (moral obligation) to let a vehicle owner know their vehicle is unsafe to drive or better yet isn't it against the law NOT to say something!!! I am going to request the inspection report from Car City on Monday May 1st, 2023. we will see if they give it to us.
