Carbon My Ride Reviews

Absolutely terrible service and a scammer ..beware they have changed there domain name to custom my ride now and I understand why now 😡 After seeing a positive review from Olly ross on YouTube I decided to purchase a carbon plinth for my Honda Civic as they were giving 15% off due to name change and bank holiday .The item was listed as in stock but they took my money and item is out of stock for 6 weeks according to the seller after emailing him as I hasn’t received my carbon trim . This is total unacceptable and deceptive.😡 Do yourself a favour and avoid custom my ride ..🥵

They delete reviews on their website, I complained about the £60 shark fin I bought that didn't fit, gave 1*, my review got deleted lol, had to buy a TRE one, waste of money. Also posted on Google.

Amazing customer service and product quality I had a postage issue and Zah ammend this with a speedy response Thanks guys Dan

Ordered something for my car more than 3 weeks ago now to Belgium, still didn't receive anything. The tracker is stuck on the same for the past two weeks, saying the product didn't even got to the courier... I tried reaching out to them multiple times but they don't seem to bother answering me since i still didn't receive any sort of reaction. I'm starting to think i got scammed, if this goes on for a few more days I'm gonna try sorting this out via PayPal. Until I get my products or at least get some reaction from them, I highly recommend to stay very far away from this website!! I will update this post when something happens

Great product! Fits even nicer than I thought it would and good material too

I ordered some blackout overlays for my 18 tiguan. They fit both emblems perfectly, bonded well, and they are made from great material. I purchased these living in the USA because I heard so many good reviews. The wait time was not bad and worth it. They were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.

I felt I had to write about this company as people should know how genuine and helpful they are. I've purchased through this website over the past few years and everytime they have exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality, great fitments and good customer service. I can proudly recommend this company very highly!

This firm is top notch I would buy from them again there customer service is fantastic couldn’t help me enough

Very good compagny, listening to the customer. Parts are good quality and fits without any problem. I recommend this website.

Bought multiple parts from them , last part i bought came cracked so they immediately told me they will be sending another one which they did immediately , great guys to deal with .

Absolutely fantastic products used them for all my parts I’m Honda Civic fn2 type r would not go anywhere else

Ordered gloss badges, they are a poor fit, not covering the badge fully and to big in other areas, the sticky pads did not make contact with the original badge, due to the poor fit, meaning they would just fall off if left. Failed to respond to various methods of contact. Have had to ask PayPal to sort it out for me.

Bought the carbon dash for my fk2 type r and the fitting was perfect and it looks amazing.very happy will defo buy from them again

This is by far the best customer service I have ever received. My black fn2 petrol cap cover was stolen (or fell of with the heat of the sun, unsure which) after having been on the car for a few months. I contacted the company to ask if I could buy another. They very very kindly sent me out a new one for free. Never have I experienced such generousity. Communication was fast, delivery was fast, and I couldn't actually believe the level of kindness. Thanks so much guys. A++++ service. Highly recommend.

I ordered a black ring for the bmw logo in the trunklit for the f20, i paid 20 euro’s for it. We are 6 weeks furder, they sended it to the wrong adres. I contacted them asking where my order is. No reply, still dont have my product and i dont have my money back. They scamed me.

Ordered a black m140i badge. Was kept up to date with my order and was delivered very quickly. Thanks!

Can't fault them one bit, ordered black BMW centre caps my wheels, black M badges for the quarter panels and a ring to black out the rear badge. Quality is second to none, especially for the price your paying. Delivered before I was expecting.. trying to think of some constructive criticism but I genuinely can't think of anything! Awesome stuff would recommend! I'll be buying a carbon fibre boot spoiler next month, thanks again!

great order excellent delivery very fast as always

Ordered carbon vents and the steel wheel a steering wheel garnish from these guys for my type R last year. Fast delivery and a great finish. The vents are still absolutely perfect with a superb finish.... The garnish clouded after a year, but I am definitely still giving this company 5 stars, they're customer service was amazing and definitely take pride in the quality of their work. They suggested polish which didn't work, so they instantly offered a replacement a full year later. Obviously something has happened as a one off to cause this as i have other items from them which are perfect, and they still replaced them.

Ordered parts 6 weeks ago, thought the company was closed due to covid19. Got in contact with them, which they replied straight away that they've been open all along. I asked where my parts were & got ignored straight after this. Contacted them again asking for a full refund & I've been ignored again. Honestly wouldn't mind waiting for the parts given the situation if they sent a 2 min email over the 6 weeks, or even replied when I got in contact but this is ridiculous, Espc considering they've still got my money!
