Ordered parts 6 weeks ago
Ordered parts 6 weeks ago, thought the company was closed due to covid19. Got in contact with them, which they replied straight away that they've been open all along. I asked where my parts were & got ignored straight after this. Contacted them again asking for a full refund & I've been ignored again. Honestly wouldn't mind waiting for the parts given the situation if they sent a 2 min email over the 6 weeks, or even replied when I got in contact but this is ridiculous, Espc considering they've still got my money!
