Capsule is genuinely by far the best…

Capsule is genuinely by far the best CRM system I've come across. Incredibly versatile, responsive, flexible, intuitive and the customer service is second to none. It's the one CRM I've used that I never got frustrated with and the constant updates and developments mean the developers seem to be always be one step ahead when thinking about what enhancements we might need next.

After more than 25 years of working with different CRMs, Capsule is hands-down one of the easiest and most practical systems I’ve ever used. It’s refreshingly user-friendly and doesn’t require weeks of training just to become productive. You can get up and running quickly and spend your time focusing on your business instead of learning complicated software. What really sets Capsule apart is how well it supports both sales and client delivery. The project boards are excellent and far more useful than what I’ve seen in many other CRMs, especially for managing ongoing client work. Tagging and filtering make reporting simple and powerful, and when you connect Capsule to your email and other tools, the automation possibilities really open up. Capsule also scales beautifully. It works just as well for a small business getting started as it does for a growing company that needs more structure and process. You can build in clear workflow steps to make sure nothing gets missed, customize it to fit your business, and integrate it easily with other platforms. On top of all that, the customer support has consistently been responsive and genuinely helpful, which is something that often gets overlooked but matters a lot when you rely on a tool daily.

The seamless integration with Xero has been a huge benefit, keeping the invoicing and financial information perfectly aligned without manual duplication. We also make full use of Transpond, and the way Capsule connects with it has streamlined our email marketing and client communication. I just love everything about Capsule

I just love everything about Capsule. Everything it does works for a small business from its price point to its usability to its ability to grow as your business grows. I have used capsule for 6 years now and it was one of the first tools I implemented into my business- it is now second nature. The sales pipeline is essential for me as I can easily follow up on prospects and nothing important gets forgotten. It also enables me to loop back on past prospects ensuring that I maximise conversion rate- I would no doubt have forgotten about those people without capsule. How do businesses cope without Capsule? Its a must in any business!

Valuable CRM tool for B2B contact management

I have been using Capsule CRM for about an year so far. It is one of the CRM tools on the market that easily wins the hearts of small and mid businesses. Capsule delivers well on its promises. Contact management is clear and uncluttered. The full history of contact communicatons is excellently presented - both on desktop and mobile devices. Sales pipeline is flexible and can be customized for a range of business domains. Having project management feature included in all the plans makes Capsule one to try and see how it fits your business needs. Furthermore Casule CRM provides a generous Free plan which is not time boxed - a stable start for any startup or a small business.

A CRM that really helps you in your business.

I have been using Capsule CRM for more than a year and I can say that it changed my way to work. Now I can be more organized and keep up with the service to my clients and prospects. Very easy to set it up and all the possibilities with integration makes that the automations with other tools are very easy to create. I have recommended to many of my clients, and they are very happy with it. If you need to get better results and save time, this is the perfect tool. Besides that, the cost is very reasonable for small and medium businesses.

Game changer for my business

I have been using Capsule for my business since 2022 and it has been an absolute game changer. However, the developments that the team at Capsule have done over the past 18 months have taken the app onto whole another level. I'm able to run my entire business operations through Capsule especially as it is really well integrating with other necessary tools like Office 365 and Xero. From contact relationship management from a networking event to sales pipeline tracking and managing client work on projects.

Great CRM for small businesses

I have used and recommended Capsule to my clients for 10 years. It is really user friendly and easy to bespoke it to your business needs. It has functionality that is not available in most other CRMs I have come across - particularly in the use of the project boards, which are brilliant for client delivery activities. With the ability to tag, you can get filtered reports and linking it to your emailing system, provides even more functionality and automation. The customer support is excellent and responsive. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants one place to manage, leads, sales and client delivery. You can build in process steps to make sure you don't miss out any important stages and with tags

I have been using Capsule as a CRM for about 3 years

I have been using Capsule as a CRM for my small business for a few years now. I have to say, they have thought of pretty much everything I need to maintain solid and accessible customer records. The fact that the very same system appears on my mobile is very convenient when I am on the move. I would ordinarily mention 'customer services', however, I haven't heard much from them (apart from a few announcements), as there haven't been any problems with Capsule, from the beginning. I can easily record my promising Ad responses (quickly creating a record for each) and assign specific attributes (like custom tags), which help me maintain a global view of my advertising ROI. there is a range of meaningful integrations on offer from Capsule's trusted partners. I haven't tried them yet, but I am looking at integrating my Outlook, to support bulk messaging and campaigns. Overall, I would recommend this system. It seems to me that they listen to what their customers say about 'useful enhancements' and act on those comments.

A great CRM for our medium manufacturing company

We've been using Capsule for 18 months now and find it a very easy and intuitive CRM to use. Everything is where you would expect to find it, there is good customisation and you can add as much detail as you like to each customer and opportunity. One particularly useful feature is the ability to add and customise activity types. This is especially helpful in seeing how we engage with our customers. I would highly recommend Capsule to any company looking to introduce a CRM system for the first time. It’s user friendly, and has helped streamline how we manage our data. The support from the Capsule team has been brilliant, always responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the system work for us.

Capsule CRM - Excellent

We use Capsule CRM as one of the core functions of managing our Customers, Quotes, Invoices and Workflow, integrated with the Xero accounting suite, and the Square payment platform. Capsule is easy to use, highly affordable and richly functional. The seamless integration of Capsule with Xero reduces our quoting and invoicing workload.

I've been using Capsule for many years

I've been using Capsule for many years, it's been great to seem them grow and add features as the years have passed. The interface is nice and lightweight, really clean, I never get lost in it, unlike other platforms. Support is really responsive and always are a great help. All round a great experience that helps me grow our business.
