Great CRM for small businesses
I have used and recommended Capsule to my clients for 10 years. It is really user friendly and easy to bespoke it to your business needs. It has functionality that is not available in most other CRMs I have come across - particularly in the use of the project boards, which are brilliant for client delivery activities.
