I have been using Capsule as a CRM for about 3 years
I have been using Capsule as a CRM for my small business for a few years now. I have to say, they have thought of pretty much everything I need to maintain solid and accessible customer records. The fact that the very same system appears on my mobile is very convenient when I am on the move. I would ordinarily mention 'customer services', however, I haven't heard much from them (apart from a few announcements), as there haven't been any problems with Capsule, from the beginning. I can easily record my promising Ad responses (quickly creating a record for each) and assign specific attributes (like custom tags), which help me maintain a global view of my advertising ROI. there is a range of meaningful integrations on offer from Capsule's trusted partners. I haven't tried them yet, but I am looking at integrating my Outlook, to support bulk messaging and campaigns. Overall, I would recommend this system. It seems to me that they listen to what their customers say about 'useful enhancements' and act on those comments.
