No change can been seen. The product smells bad, like it’s slightly off. Very expensive for smelly stuff that doesn’t do anything. The smell leads you to wonder from what it’s made from.

Works for my ultra sensitive skin too
I have had roseacea since my menopause years started and I could not go for my facials and lasers. However I was able to use calecium products and they have greatly helped to maintain my skin.

I bought the trial set 3 months ago in September 2021 .After using it for 30 days, I noticed that my skin is more supple and hydrated, especially the pigment cream, the dark spot under eye has really gone much lighter .. I now consistently use the products in the morning and in the evening. I am sure will regular use, my skin will definitely improve .. Thank you

My mum could not have been happier with her Birthday present!
I bought the MAC starter set for my mum on her Birthday. She couldn't have been happier with the results! It's only been 6 weeks and she is already seeing a difference! I think I might get her one of the bundles for Xmas as they are quite good value!

Customer service has excelled themselves
Very bad service as have been waiting since 5 November to receive items.....reassured again on 16 November that "on their way" ? Am I being misled or even lied to? Who knows because as someone else said Admin/follow up pretty dire. All has been satisfactorily rectified and it seems that without my prior knowledge the item was lady but the courier. I can highly recommend this company for now informing me and fir their generosity in replacing abs making a refund to me. I will now feel very confident in dealing with this company. B

I'm not a fan of Calecim Profesional…
I'm not a fan of Calecim Profesional after just one application of their Multi-Action face cream that I received yesterday that left my face stinging, feeling sore and uncomfortable. My skin going into stress. Something I never get from using my other high-end professional skincare products. I will not be recommending it. Their admin is lazy on their website that still shows my order as still being unfulfilled. There was no tracking provided despite paying through the Shop app on the Calecim website and a tracking service being offered, and poor contact service and response to a question regarding my order that was different to the information provided as the delivery time that stated 3 working days to be told in an email it would be one week. I posted a question on the Calecim Facebook page regarding the ingredients and if I could use the product with my other skincare products and have been completely ignored. As a professional therapist, I find this unacceptable. The other issue I have is that there is no contact number for the company here in the UK and some carefully chosen people and crafted youtube videos where those promoting the Calecim products appear to be reading from a script.

The option to purchase the bigger bottle is a hassle.
The option to purchase the bigger bottles of stuff is fastidious thru the Whatsapp. The reply often takes too long because the autobots replies are not immediate, thus making me lose interest in making my orders. Also my first product was actually purchased thru my doctor, and only to find out if I were to purchase from your Whatsapp, you could not deliver to my doc who sold me your products. I had to ask my doc to register so I can get my products through him. But After the calculation of per $1 to the volume purchase. It was not worth my money purchasing your products thru whatsapp unfortunately. So yup I bought direct from your website instead. So perhaps you guys would like to mitigate the sales process, cos it can be driving your customers away. it is quicker to just buy and pay online.
