FIBER TECH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD Reviews

Roy was responsive with my initial enquiry, install was fast and reasonably priced. Roy provided an excellent installation of ethernet cabling in our existing home. He really takes pride in his work. Our home is connected Fibre to the Node (FTTN) it has been transformed from a struggling wifi modem and extender signal barely able to provide 12mbps to a internet super hub with speeds of 52mbps per device (and we have 16 devices - tvs xboxs playstations, phones, computers laptops etc connected). If your looking to get ethernet cabling installed you have to talk to Roy and get him to do it, you won't be disappointed.

Five Stars!!! Roy was very thorough and completed my complicated cabling job with precision. He went above and beyond to ensure I have the best solution! Highly recommended!

Fast, friendly and solutions focussed - Roy is a super electrician. Roy helped us solve a complex cabling problem creatively and efficiently. He was able to neatly relocate internal NBN unit with minimum fuss. Roy also secured all external cabling with care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for an electrician committed to his trade, respectful of customers and passionate about solving problems - call Roy - he’s amazing!

Roy was very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. His work on my antenna was done in a time efficient manner and he wanted me to inspect everything to make sure it was done to my wishes. He was very patient and all questions were answered with a down to earth attitude. He arrived at the discussed time and his price for work was very reasonable. I would recommend Roy as a reliable, realistic and hard working electrician who is highly skilled at his trade. Many thanks Sonya

Roy solved a complex issue of running the cable cleanly from the external NBN utility box going to the desired location (1st floor) of the NBN connection box. We initially corresponded via calls and emails, sending pictures where he drew his proposed conduit layout. Roy has proven his expertise and professionalism at a competitive price. Highly recommended and will surely hire his company again for any future cabling needs.

Roy visited us this past week to help us figure out how to deal with an upcoming HFC connection with the NBN. He was great, explained everything, and suggested the appropriate cabling. Tom and Mary Ellen

Roy was on time did his job very quickly and successfully. A very good experience. Would recommend him to my family and friends.

Roy was very helpful and informative. And he helped solve my problem that has been lingering for long.

Roy extended the Ethernet cable in our home by running it under the house. The NBN tech made the connection in the easiest, for him, location. This meant that my PC was left without a direct connection to the modem. Roy solved the problem. Recommended.

I had an issue whereby NBN was unable to install a Connection Box from the outside of my house to the inside because of missing cables that the builder was supposed to install when they were building my house. As a result, I couldn’t convert to NBN until I sorted this out myself and had cables run from the outside to inside the house so I could get Fibre to the Premises. Roy was so helpful and professional. He came out promptly and inspected the issue. Rather than booking me in for weeks later, he offered to do the job on the spot and charged me a very reasonable price. He also gave me a few options to think about. He spent roughly an hour on the job which was extremely convenient as I was working from home. He was so pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend his company. I was so happy with the service he provided.

The delivery of all the technical services associated with our recent NBN connection were delivered by Fibre Tech Australia. The service delivery by the owner Roy, in terms of responsiveness to our request and the diligence with which the service was performed was excellent. We recommend Roy and his company to others, thanks Dr Roger

Roy explained everything in clear detail and his work is neat and tidy. Would definitely be calling Roy if I have any further questions, help.

Roy was very easy going and took the time to listen over the phone and gave me the time of day. He came to see the job within a couple days of contact and once he had assessed the job gave us an honest quote and efficient service. Nicely mannered too!

Roy did an excellent job. From setting up new wiring, creating Ethernet ports in multiple rooms, the configuration etc, this man is the king. If I were to recommend anyone to my friends or family, it would be him. He provides/brings a lot, and prices are very affordable.

Roy was very responsive over email and phone and was more than willing to get the job done, not to mention he was also very approachable, patient and friendly while he was here. I explained the situation to him and then within the day he had our old tin roof and brick house cabled up in a very tidy and organised manner as well as adding another antenna point for us and also tidying up some of the old cabling around the antenna. Highly recommended, thanks Roy!

I can't speak highly enough of Roy. He was prompt, happily worked around our circumstances and went out of his way to ensure an excellent outcome. Highly recommended.

We have been having endless problems with our wifi, which Roy has fixed. We found him very capable and able to explain things very clearly. His charges are also very reasonable.

Roy was extremely professional and performed the job efficiently and to a high standard. The job was relocating HFC access point from the garage (front of house) to the second floor (middle of house).

Iit s very good job nice

Roy attended my house quickly in an emergency and was honest about all my options. The work he carried out was to a very high standard and he was professional from start to finish.
