FIBER TECH AUSTRALIA PTY LTD Reviews

Roy did a fantastic job. He got me up and running with a home office setup which was needed urgently so I could work. Prompt, efficient and understood the brief. Given the time of year, many wouldn’t & didn’t come. Roy was empathetic to my predicament & came to the call. You can’t go wrong.

Such a good experience, we didn't have wifi for 3 weeks due to our landlord/property manager being useless. Roy was excellent, fixed so many problems with the property and didn't slow down until everything was done, made mine and my housemates day! Couldn't recommend enough really great service, thanks again Roy.

Roy was fantastic, just knew what to do without any fuss, he fixed our difficult cabling issue which had meant our NBN was lousy. His knowledge regarding all manner of cabling issues ,all manner of telecommunication concerns is second to none.If you have a problem I guarantee Roy will fix it, he just gets straight to work on arrival,no time is wasted believe me. Well done Roy

Great experience with my recent cable install. The tech was on time and all work was done as described and after encountering some issues from my setup solutions were presented and no extra charges were made. I now have fast, reliable, cabled NBN on all 3 floors of my town house. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Really impressed with Fibre Tech. Responsive and super helpful during my initial enquiry. Punctual, efficient, polite and professional. Provided great advice, answered all my questions, and resolved the issue for me. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

We're very happy with Roy's work with moving our NTD box. We had an ideal location for the box, but it was a challenge. Roy was able to offer a great solution to moving the box efficiently and with minimum exposed cables. I'm really happy with the work. Also the speed and pricing were excellent. I'll be using Roy for future wire-ups.

Reliable and professional service from Roy. Kept me up to date with the appointment and recommended the best way forward with my requirements.

Roy provided a fantastic service. He just oozes competence and professionalism and he is a great communicator. He presented us with a couple of options, was clear about pricing which was extremely reasonable. He did a really good job and left the space clean and tidy on completion of the job. We can’t recommend him highly enough. MK

Roy did a great job in relocating our NBN connection point, which allowed me to remove all the associated electronics out of a bedroom and into a more suitable location. While Roy did encounter some challenges during the relocation of the of the data point, these were quickly resolved and the NBN point was successfully relocated. Highly recommend Roy for moving your NBN access point to more suitable locations.

Quite exceptional service and expertise. Roy immediately sorted the issues (created by others at significant expense) and worked very quickly and efficiently to sort our NBN. Outstanding professionalism. Absolutely outstanding work. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Fantastic.

I needed my NBN modem to be moved and Fibre Tech made it easy. They were very easy to communicate with and worked efficiently. Very polite and easy to work with. The pricing was pretty fair. They were very quick, efficient and professional. I have not had any issues with my internet since I got my NBN moved close. Thanks again!

Roy did a great job. Efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with slow NBN internet from my FTTN connection, which NBN identified as a Bridge Tap and left me to fix. The team at Fiber Tech provided me with technical expertise and support, resulting in much better speeds for both download & upload. Thanks Fiber Tech!

Very pleased with Roy's professionalism and expertise. Fast and to the point. He did more than I expected. Alec, Balwyn

Spoke to Roy regarding NBN signal issues in our house and he immediately gave me different options and offered to send someone over to have a look at the property before deciding on a plan of action. Andre arrived at our place the same day - He was genuine, prompt, very helpful and solved our issue effectively. Really appreciate the service from this business and highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Roy provided an excellent service. He really put in extra effort to make sure the cabling was as discrete as possible, trying multiple solutions in a challenging environment. Thanks for the great work!

Roy is the man. 2 days out from The new year and our internet service provider and NBN left us hanging with a cable self-install. Roy instantly diagnosed and visited the site, and installed within the hour. Prompt and professional.
