I made a purchase, but didn't receive anything afterwards. It was a bit of a hassle to get in touch with a human (that's why it's a 4 out of 5), but after I was able to get in touch with someone, the issue was quickly resolved by SAM.
Customer service is extremely helpful! Even on a bank holiday weekend. Had a problem with an account I bought about a year ago & the problem was resolved thanks to SAM. 10/10
