Purtroppo devo recensire negativamente questo sito. Ho acquistato The last of us II, sononriuscita ad installare il gioco per poi scoprire che non era presente la lingua italiana. Nella pagina di descrizione ed acquisto del gioco non sono specificate le lingue disponibili, essendo scritta in italiano ho dato per assodato che fosse disponibile in lingua italiana. Ho contattato l'assistenza e mi ha detto che non era possibile fare nulla e mi ha inviato le condizioni contrattuali in cui al punto è specificato che i giochi sono in lingua inglese, condizioni che in tutta la procedura di acquisto non ho visualizzato. In ogni caso attenti e prima di acquistare chiedete sempre in chat informazioni.
Bought MW3 15 minutes ago, received login details and the game I purchased couldn’t be downloaded. Explained this in the live chat, they are very rude. I demand a full refund otherwise I will be in contact with my bank to report this as a scam.
