The EMP website is very easy to use and the customer service staff is always very friendly. Although as a small VFD we don't need a lot of supplies. But when we do, EMP is our go to when we are looking for medical supplies. Thanks

Quality products, great prices and fast delivery!

The EMP representative, Jeanie Daniels, was fantastic! Very friendly and very helpful making sure I ordered the right products...I had some questions about the right catalog numbers and she was able to get it right for me. The telephone reps are always very nice and helpful...I prefer calling rather than just ordering on-line and quite often, they are able to answer whatever questions I might have.

Good delivery and slightly better price than other places but still expensive for what's inside. Short expiration dates.

EMP does a good job of keeping prices lower. It's easy to order off the website. Many items that are out of stock is usually no fault of theirs.

When you switched to a new warehouse deliveries have been terrible. I am constantly finding incorrect orders. Takes up more time than I have to spare. Considering other vendors at this time.

I have never been so disappointed in this company. After using them for over 20 years it was terrible. I even climbed he ladder in Management and that was terrible would not follow through. We are a small department so I’m sure our small orders really don’t matter to them so sad to be treated like this after all these years so now I have to reach out and try and find someone else that will help us.

While all the products expected were in the box received, the box itself was mangled in transit and some of the boxes inside had broken open due to the shipping problem. While that may be a shipping company issue, it's also a packing/packaging issue from the dock.
