Large inventory, fast shipping!

Organization has made multiple purchases in past. I took over from someone that left. I had to call to get username and password changed - that worked out well. I made a purchase and received confirmation. No shipping info received and called a week later asking where the items were. Was advised that the order was still pending due to using a charge card but it should have been approved a day or two after order. Order was flagged for approval and done so. Noted my small order was shipped in two boxes and I was charged for both shipments. In addition, I ordered two bags of twelve of an item but received two of that item; not 2 bags of twelve. So another order was made but thankfully was not charged shipping. In the end I got three boxes for the three different items I ordered and paid shipping for one.

Recently shipping issues have been disappointing. Items what were obviously crushed were sent out anyway. Another order was shorted even though it showed on paperwork. Billing has been a nightmare to keep straight with the office . Company has been good for years, now might have to look around at others..

Everything about the Company is perfect, but our Rep Barb is OUTSTANDING, what a asset to your company. I have recommended many others to use EMP.

I am a tax-exempt fire dept and when I sent in my exemption certificate, I was told I could not get my tax exempt because I have two addresses- 1 for billing and 1 for shipping. When I questioned the person about it, they said I could send in a letter that asked for several things. At that point I elected to pay for the tax and never purchase from you again. I really enjoyed having your product lower than other companies however I will pay top dollar before I ever order from your company again!

I purchased one of your products, it came incomplete, when I asked what happened, you replied I only purchased a part of it and the other has to be purchased separated. I went to Amazon and purchased the completed SAME product at a 1/4 of your price. You are deceiving purchasers with your tactics. I won't buy from you again and I am returning the useless part you sold me.

My husband had eye surgery and the doctor's office included your brochure in our folder. We were not sure we would need the equipment but we're very happy that we ordered it. Can't imagine recovery without using the equipment. Ordered on a Thursday and had it on Tuesday. Free return shipping and very reasonable rental rates. Was able to speak with knowledgeable person each phone call and package came with clear instructions.

I ordered the child Ambu mask and add it on some gloves in a couple stuff but I truly needed the child Anbu mask which I did not receive they are on back order boo boo-boo on customer service

EASY order process, Easy payment processing. Emergency Medical Products does a FANTASTIC JOB! FedEx blew it saying I would get STOP the Bleed kits on Sept 5th during hours the Shul was open BUT did not happen so I rescheduled to a Walgreens pickup which worked GREAT
