Website was easy to use and to order product. Ancillary documents needed from prescribers are easy to locate on the website. Fast service (3 days from order to arrival of products).

They do not guarantee expiration dates above 6 months. Buyer beware if making annual updates for emergency medical drugs, this is not a good fit.

EMP GIVES FAST SERVICE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS QUICK AND FRIENDLY TO RESPOND.

Good products with fast shipping.

Don't know what they did but website has started throwing error messages and won't let you log in and order. Points also expire so if you want to get anything out of the program expect to spend inordinate amounts of money. Their shipping is also free...if you spend almost 200 dollars. If you wanna save a good chunk of change for medical supplies shop on Amazon.
