Talked with Cust Service and ordered BOX of 24 packets of two cloths each. Put not on order making this clear. Received One(1) packet of 2 cloths. Called Cust Serv and was told I got what I ordered. I insisted she relook at the order and then agreed I was shorted. Told me she was "Emailing" someone to ship the balance and that I would get an email confirming the replacements have shipped. Now 24 hours later - no word?

We had difficulty find a product in the Quantity we needed. Even though it was backordered we received in a timely fashion. Most appreciated

I really appreciated both EMP providing the capability to track my shipment along with the fact that the items arrived exactly on the date that was provided by the shipping service. Also, the CERT Field Operating Guides were packed with care and arrived in perfect condition.

The process was fairly straightforward… The paperwork that needed to be filled out, was clearly communicated on, and the product was received in a relatively timely manner without any issue. I will definitely use them again.

Easy process

Well where to start. 1st our order was placed on hold for fraud we were never notified of this until we called to find out where our order was a week after placing it. Then we went back and forth with CS to get the order released and overnighted. The order was still sent ground not overnight as we were told it would be. We are a Rual 911 provider and in desperate need of our supplies. Hands down worst experience

I did note upon placing the order on 3/23 the Adult pads ( M5071A ) were on back order. The other 2 of components I ordered were delivered very quickly. ( M5070A and M5072A ) I continue to receive emails from EMP related to advertising products and sales however, I have not received an update on when I can expect the delivery of the back ordered Adult AED pads. A follow up email to me with an estimated delivery date would be something I would much appreciate > Thanks !
