Product-989803170891 ordered was not well described on the website. I was expecting a more universal fit in the AED carrier but was disappointed in how it fit.

I still haven’t received all my order… received iv fluids but no tubing or catheters yet… order says completed but no shipment on half of order. Waiting patiently.

I haven't received my whole order yet. Apparently one of the items I ordered (D1341) is on backorder. I ordered 3 cases, but received only two. Still waiting for an update on the last case. EDIT: Thank you for the update!

It would have been 5 stars if the order would have been shipped when it said it would and not a couple days later.

The Fed Ex driver placed our medical supplies in my garage instead of bringing them to the house and they froze. I cannot use AED electrodes that froze. The shipping label clearly stated "DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE"

Made an order on 2/17/23 and was charged $436.00. As of 2/18/23, I have received nothing. Multiple calls to customer service and keep getting told someone will contact me. Would not recommend this company. A Stein
