Customer service staff was wonderful. However I order a Stat pak bag from Amazon that was fulfilled by EMP. It was not correct bag. I sent it back via Amazon. I called EMP and ordered the correct bag direct. Once again EMP sent the wrong bag. It took several calls with Customer Service to get answers from your fulfilment Dept. New replacement is supposed to arrive today, we will see what we get today.

You have supplies in stock and it was delivered within 3 days.

I found it hard to believe you would send me epinephrine ampules with only a 6 month expiration date. Usually in the past I have received ampules with a year expiration date. What do I have to do ask before I buy them. Very dissatisfied
