Extremely high volume comparatively in backorders. Warehouse moves, supply lines. Unreliable at this point for any item that we would need to take receipt of within a month of an order

Supposed to receive our supplies on Thursday. It’s Monday afternoon and still haven’t received anything. Called and spoke to someone in customer service, gave them my number and was told she would call right back. This was about 5 hrs ago. Thinking I will be choosing another supplier for our fire department.

Products are much cheaper than competitors. Realible delivery. And have a large portion in stock. However stock options for some meds are limited.

I ordered LATEX FREE electrodes for heart holsters because we have SEVERE IGE latex allergy’s. I even left a voicemail stating we have latex allergy’s when I called to confirm shipping details. When the electrodes arrived I opened the shipping box and everything is wrapped in multiple latex rubber bands!!! How does this make sense? If product is latex free, the company should not wrap latex around each latex free product inducing a severe reaction in the patient opening the product. Make this make sense!

We have ordered from EMP many times in the past and have never had a problem with our orders. However, the most recent order has been a disaster. The order that was placed has had confusing delivery notifications, wrong items shipped and for an order placed in September, we have had very few of the items delivered. We are planning to go with another vendor at this point and cancel what is left of the outstanding order.
