For the last 2 years roughly I have had the pleasure of having Emily Sutherland look after us. I originally spoke to her to open up a savings account for our existing shop business. I have since registed 4 more business and opened all of these with Emily as well as overdrafts on some and loans on others to develop the shops. I am reluctant to deal with anyone else so I really hope she will be back to looking after us when she returns from her up coming leave.

My initial business contact at HSBC Olivia Gabrielle Mallard was very friendly but super efficient at understanding my enquiry. She competently dealt with my technical enquiry by taking details and quickly appreciating the direction I needed within the HSBC group. Olivia’s interaction has made my first foray into dealing with HSBC very pleasant. More of the same please.

Applied for a loan, got it and my account was "migrated". I would like to say, the agent who handled my call (Bhakti BHATT) was very helpful and kept me informed throughout. She even managed to get the loan drawn down before it was scheduled, very happy.

Product that works amazingly well, is incredible value (free). It is a product that far exceeds overseas commercial bank accounts that are much poorer products where I pay over £3,000 a year in fees.
