I applied for a small business loan which was all sorted by Harry Smith. He did a fantastic job getting all the paperwork in order and was approved in a few days.

The HSBC operative, Kathryn Smyth, was very helpful in her guidance, advice and detailing of the terms and conditions of my application.

David is an increasingly rare breed, someone who firstly knows how to get basic things sorted in the banks complex system and secondly delivers "real" customer service and cares about whether your business account is delivering what you need.

Our company has been working with HSBC Business for the past nine years, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The online banking platform—especially for international transfers—stands out for its ease of use and reliability. HSBC also provides strong solutions to help reduce forex transfer costs, which has been very valuable for us. On top of that, their support team has always been responsive and effective, quickly tracking and resolving any issues that arise.

Farhin was very helpful and professional when i telephoned HSBC today. The call lasted over one hour and there were several times I asked her to repeat or clarify something. She did this in a patient and very helpful manner.

I've recently opened up a business bank account and encountered technical difficulties when calling the helpline. I was put through to Rafique Mazumder who was patient, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to ensure I came away as a new business account holder a happy one! He followed up with an email so I had a direct contact going forth. If all agents were this helpful life on hold would be worthwhile. Great example of good customer service. 10/10
