Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company. Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

Ordered here as other companies were quoting much longer for delivery. Website said "Deliveries may take up to 7 working days". At least 15 working days later, I still have no delivery, and have sent two e-mails neither of which has elicited a reply, and the chat function on their website is also dormant. If you can't do it, fair enough, but don't say you can when you can't and then not have the courtesy to let paying customers know about delays and inform them of when, if ever, their order will be delivered. *Edit following reply below I have received no phone calls in the last couple of weeks, but did receive one this morning after I managed to speak to someone on the website chat and after I left this review. I returned the call soon after. Even if they had been unable to speak directly by phone, they could have left voicemail or even better an email. A minute of their time there could have saved considerably more down the line. I understand times are stressed for businesses, but this was poor customer service under any circumstance. To their credit they have promptly refunded me, but I shouldn't have had to go to these lengths to get it.

Would give no star if it was an option Do not waste your time with this company absolutely crap. Customer service lie to you and keep you waiting for your order for weeks. Ended up just getting a refund. Will never use them again.

What a joke. I ordered a pair of mascot trousers for apparently next day delivery. 5 days later I phone to find out they order from somewhere else first so next day is a lie. Sent them back because I ordered too small. I paid the return delivery and had no confirmation. I've phoned them twice since then and been fobbed off with BS dates of arrival. Nearly two weeks since I returned mine first class and I still have not received replacement pair. Their loss because the company I work for will not be ordering from them for the rest of the crew which would have been about 20 pairs.

Recently, I have had a pair of faulty snickers trousers in which I received a prompt refund and excellent customer service. Your staff member Dan has been superb. He made the process hassle free and really went out of his way to resolve the problem, resulting in a very happy customer. Will definitely continue to buy off this company. Keep up the good work.

I ordered some work trousers on the 9th December (Sunday) and was expecting delivery on 12th (Tuesday). I had no despatch email all week and I contacted them on Friday (14th) to see what was going on. They then told me my size was out of stock and to try the next size up which I reluctantly agreed to. It is now 18th and having been promised delivery on the 17th (Monday) I still haven’t had a despatch email.

Shopped around they had the best price for dpc cream + delivery next day, I’ve use twice since and had the same great service
