Complete shambles
Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company. Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

No delivery or communication
Ordered from them with a confirmed delivery of 5-7 days. Not over double that and no delivery or communication. I have had e-mails ignored. Will be taking this further, and will definitely never use them again. I understand the impact of Covid, but this is unacceptable. Another company misbehaving.

Order never sent, No response to communications, refunded by Paypal!!!!
Website states, "Same Day Dispatch" and "Why use us? Well if you order before 2pm we ship your order the same day!" Ordered online..........waited, waited, waited...... after two weeks sent email enquiring where order was..........waited, waited, waited.........sent other email, attempted online chat (no response). After receiving NO RESPONSE whatsoever from this company I had to eventually raise a dispute with PayPal and received a refund. Despite offering two different email addresses for "contact" and an "online chat" facility (which pops up as soon as you enter their website) I could not get a response from them. POOR, POOR service in 2020!
