No delivery, no communication
Ordered here as other companies were quoting much longer for delivery. Website said "Deliveries may take up to 7 working days". At least 15 working days later, I still have no delivery, and have sent two e-mails neither of which has elicited a reply, and the chat function on their website is also dormant. If you can't do it, fair enough, but don't say you can when you can't and then not have the courtesy to let paying customers know about delays and inform them of when, if ever, their order will be delivered. *Edit following reply below I have received no phone calls in the last couple of weeks, but did receive one this morning after I managed to speak to someone on the website chat and after I left this review. I returned the call soon after. Even if they had been unable to speak directly by phone, they could have left voicemail or even better an email. A minute of their time there could have saved considerably more down the line. I understand times are stressed for businesses, but this was poor customer service under any circumstance. To their credit they have promptly refunded me, but I shouldn't have had to go to these lengths to get it.
