Complete shambles
Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company. Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

I’ve bought tanking kits and snickers always had a great experience. The team there especially Paul H have a amazing knowledge of the market if I ever need any help or any questions they are always on hand to point you in the right direction. Never had any problems with delivery it’s always been next day at no extra cost. Would highly recommend using them

Brought a stitching kit as price was decent. Only the Rods arrived. I called them twice to which I was told someone would get back to me and sent 3x emails to which all were ignored. I had to fork out and buy the kit elsewhere so am now out of pocket and still no answer from these guys. Terrible customer service and have also been informed by a few others that they have only recieved half their orders. Stay clear

Managing Director Steve ' S**t happens there is nothing I can do. I am not going to be out of pocket'. GOODS NOT DELIVERED.
My delivery did not fit in my letter box and was left fully hanging out all weekend while the office was closed. Somebody must've stole this and the company did not care. I contacted the Builders-Superstore to report this and get a new pair of trousers sent out. I was passed to the Managing Director 'Steve' who told me 'S**t happens there's nothing I can do. Phone the courier yourself I am not going to be out of pocket'. Steve was very aggressive and wouldn't let me speak. I am very shocked that a Director would speak to a paying customer in this manor and as long as he has been paid not interested in the customers satisfaction. I would avoid using this company if you actually wish to receive your goods.
