Complete shambles
Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company. Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

I don't really think a days training is worth it
I don't really think a days training can furnish one with suitable qualifications for damp proofing. This is a classroom based day course of little real benefit. It needs to be taken over 2-3 days with some practical work to work effectively. Fairs fair it was a decent day in a professional classroom with a nice light lunch put on by the firm. On the basis of this course I wouldn't return or recommend to others. I did also try to contact the course tutor for some later advice as we were encouraged to do this but got no reply!
