Complete shambles
Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company. Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

Delivered items at another address and…
Delivered items at another address and asked me to go knocking on doors to find it, when I questioned this was told how else am I going to get the parcel, courier took a photo not of my property and they are asking me to go knocking on doors. Worst internet purchase I have ever experienced. Builders superstore a nightmare. Builders DOH’POOR Store a lying complete and upper joke, rude mentally challenged staff.

Shambles
Shambles. The website states fast and free delivery, same day dispatch, etc. I ordered snickers trousers and shorts, and had to email the company to ask when they were being dispatched, only to be told it’ll be 7-10 before they even have them, no communication from them beforehand to let me know. Avoid at all costs, you can get the same clothing, but much quicker delivery at a dozen different suppliers. I only picked this one because they “appeared” to have stock of both trousers and shorts. Don’t make the same mistake as me, go elsewhere.
