The pick up of the car was well organised and the car was in very good conditions. The customer service was friendly and the paperwork did not take much time.

Quick service and no hassles!

We reserved a rental vehicle to pick up at Dublin Airport for 15 days. When they saw my wife was 76 years old they pulled out a demand that we provide a Doctor’s letter that she was competent to drive and a letter from her insurer that she did not have an accident in the past 5 years. The EU have a law that outlaws discrimination on age. However, these unworthy operators circumvent the law by asking for these letters when we we had just crossed the Atlantic. How could we comply on a Sunday night? Given notice, we could have assembled the documents in time. They said it was on their website. If it was clearly on the a website we would have observed it. These operators make their own rules and the public should be made aware of it. They are bypassing the legislation by inserting a loop-hole for their own benefit.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff at Cork Airport. The pick up process was swift and easy. Everything explained. The car was clean and exactly as I reserved. The return process was equally as easy. Highly recommended.

The staff at Cork airport were friendly and efficient and the whole process went very smoothly and quickly.

Pickup and return were very easy and staff was very helpful. The car was new and got great gas mileage. Driving on the left hand side did have it challenges but I got through it.

When I arrive at car hire desk with pre paid voucher stating “ x amount of euros to pay on the day “ I don’t expect this to differ and then to get a vehicle below the agreed hire group type of vehicle.. “ Arrived at car hire desk with pre paid voucher stating amount left to pay at desk” This was not the case. There then followed a repetitively high pressured “ further cover required “ speech. The car I eventually received was a lesser vehicle than I had originally selected.A very poor ride , very tinny feel and not a pleasant ride. I had my 92 yr old mother in law with me and received e -Mail during rental period that vehicle return was to a different location to pick up .This involved a mini bus etc ,not good plus to cap it off,driver slammed side door closed on my arm , painful experience ..All in all , POOR VALUE,MISS LEADING INFO,PAINFUL EXPERIENCE. Will not be using BUDGET or Economy bookings again.
