Jessica at Brad Teal Essendon was very professional and overall just really pleasant to deal with. I dealt with several other real estates whilst looking for a place none of which were nearly as helpful as Jessica.

Julie, as always, and was very conscientious and worked very hard to sell our property under difficult circumstances. The only negative was that our open houses were often "pooled" with 16 Childe Harold Rd., and the times were often back to back i.e. 0930-1000 and then ours 1000-1030. Every time Julie was late to get to our place ans I was asked to let customers in and show them around while Julie was still flogging Childe Harold. We even had potential clients who were waiting for Julie drive off when she failed to appear.

I dealt with Scott and Lara for the sales of my property. The main person I dealt with was Scott. Scott made the process quite easy for me and was always available to discuss any of my concerns. At times I phone Scott quite late without knowing the time and he always answered or returned my call promptly. Lara was very animated and helped me to remain positive. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them both again for the smooth process and transition. I would most certainly recommend and appoint Brad Teal as my Real Estate agent.

I was pleased with the team approach with good recommendations and advice re advertising, and the follow up of potential purchasers. The result considering the situation was very good and last minute negotiations by Brad were decisive in obtaining a good figure for the sale. Disappointed, we are all going through hard times right now and not one courtesy call or email to see how their tenance are going if they still have work or not or even able to pay rent in these hard times. I'm fortunate enough to still have work, just don't like the lack of thought to their tenants. Response: My last email was the 23rd of March and was only requesting what type of heater I had, no further emails since then. You clearly have my email address correct and no need for me to update.
