I was pleased with the team approach with good recommendations and advice re advertising, and the follow up of potential purchasers. The result considering the situation was very good and last minute negotiations by Brad were decisive in obtaining a good figure for the sale. Bruce Warburton and John So were on the ball with open house appointments. John spent a lot of time out in the cold waiting for customers and was always positive and smiling. Overall a pleasing result and the thanks of Moira and myself go to the team. Regards Ron McFarlane
