I've signed up recently as a new tenant with Brad Teal and it was a very good experience. Once I was approved, all the information was provided fairly quickly, and everything was dealt with without any hassle. The Leasing Manager, Jessica Janus was also very pleasant to deal with.

Emily Stuart and Sarah Moloney are wonderful. They take care of my rental like it is their own home. Sarah took care of my delicate situation of having had a tenant not paying rent. She took care of the eviction with the tenant professionally and efficiently. Her due diligence protected my property from the new COVID legislation change protecting defaulting tenants from moving out. She has also been able to retrieve most of the rent owed saving my time and money as I didn't have to contact the insurance company. Once the property was back in the market, Emily kept me updated every step of the way, calling me each time an inspection was booked and following up on rental history checks. I can't thank Emily enough for her professionalism and perseverance to find a suitable tenant. It has been a bumpy semester but thanks to Sarah and Emily I am very pleased with the great outcome.
